Two things really stand out about my experience, 1. Dennis was all about what I was looking for making sure what I picked out would work for my budget and what I needed. He wasn't pushing or trying to upsell me to a vehicle that was unaffordable, which is hard to find in car sales. My experience was very revolved around my needs/wants. Secondly the two gentlemen i worked with, Dennis and Antwon Clark, treated me like someone they knew instead of just a client and that's really refreshing. Sharing stories, talking about life their personalities came through and you can tell they are honest people. It's the little things that separates places from being good from being great and that's what Bob King is, they're great. It's no wonder why they are such an acclaimed dealership. Would I go back, 1000% absolutely would, and I would tell my friends to go as well in fact I already have. More

Terrible overall experience I purchased a used 2016 truck from Bob King Kia. After receiving the truck I found that the passenger side mirror was broken. I called to let the sale I purchased a used 2016 truck from Bob King Kia. After receiving the truck I found that the passenger side mirror was broken. I called to let the salesman know what was going on and the phone calls pretty much immediately stopped after informing him of my issue. Before the sale of the truck, the salesman was constantly calling me. I left feedback on facebook.com and google about my experience and then the sales manager had the salesman to call me about what was going on. I was told to email a copy of my invoice for the parts I had to purchase and that my issue would be resolved. I didn't hear anything back for a few days so I contacted the salesman and he said he never received the invoice. I sent the invoice back a second time and have not heard back since. I have left two messages with the salesman and still never received an email or call back. I am just disgusted with the level of customer service I received. Stay away from this dealership and salesman Terry McCoy. More

Dennis ?(never did get his name even when he finally did come by after sale was made,) didn't come over until deal was completed with Justin.
