In all my years of buying cars Bob King IS by far THE BEST!! After our "Paid For Car" was totaled in an Automobile accident, we searched for 3 weeks in Raleigh, Durham, Burlington, Greensboro for a vehicle we c After our "Paid For Car" was totaled in an Automobile accident, we searched for 3 weeks in Raleigh, Durham, Burlington, Greensboro for a vehicle we could afford. We were exhausted from the search. We headed to Bob King Kia, and OMG!!! We were treated awesome!! From the time we went into the Dealership our saleman "Dennis Baldwin" was very professional... I had a broken foot, and he brought the cars to the door so I would not have to walk the lot. He wasnt pushy at all.. He heard our needs and went right to work.. As we sat in the Lobby the music playing was Christian Music. Our saleman brought us drinks and my husband and daughter snacks, My daughter was given an IPAD to play with while we sat, Then a "Sock xxxxxx" came out to Greet her, which she thought was fabulous..!! I thought we were going to have to "Fight" for the right price in the vehicle we choose...Well, even that was a blessing!! We got such an awesome deal, how could we refuse. .. The General Manager "James Juarez" came out and personally spoke to us... He was an amazing Manager... we did not feel like we were buying a car... we felt like we were at home with friends... Right down to the Finance Department Manager."Johnny Hankins".. What an amazing adventure!! We have bought many cars in our lifetime, from different dealerships, and NEVER have we EVER had one to treat us this way!!! These people really know how to run a business. We will be back, and we will buy another car from them!! They come highly recommended from the Hall Family!! NO ONE BEATS BOB KING KIA!!! The Hall Family thanks you and May the Lord bless and multiply your sales!! P.S....2 days later I had a small problem with my interior light in my Kia... Called Service dept. and they got right on it!! Even they are exceptional!! This dealership is by far the BEST!!! More

Got the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. They took what could have been a very overwhelming and stressful experience and made it enjoyable and exciting. I adore my car, it has everything I wanted and in addition they gave me a deal of a lifetime. He was so knowledgeable about the Kia that I really did not have any questions left to ask before I made my decision. He filled me in on everything I needed to know right away.
