Not pushy in any way, listened to concerns and want and need list. Helped make a decision by showing many different vehicles and gave information on all vehicles interested in. Had to have car brought from another dealership, arrangements made immediately, car was ready at exact time scheduled to pick up, looked exactly like what I wanted and more. Tim also made sure everything was ready on car so I did not have to make extra trip to dealership. Was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever!!! More
I scheduled online for my car to be serviced at 5:15 pm. I called and spoke to David Ellis and told him I was running late. I asked him if it would be better if I rescheduled. He said No and that was fine as one of the techs stays until 6 pm. I arrived at 5:30 pm. David checked me in. He pointed out how my online check in never showed up and how they "have problems" with the online appointment scheduling. He had a flat affect and pointed out how late I was. I again asked if he wanted me to reschedule and he rudely stated "No you're here now, might as well get it over with". David never asked if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle. My oil change was done in 20 minutes. David came into the waiting area, handed me my paperwork and directed me over to the desk for payment. He never discussed how my car was. He had a very stern look on his face. I noticed I was billed $34.50 for the oil change. I have a service plan with my car and therefore I don't pay for oil changes at Bob King and haven't for the almost 2 years I have owned my vehicle. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk who called David back over. David walked in and looked very agitated and inconvenienced. He grabbed the papers and said that he would have to call to verify. He then changed his mind and said "I'm just going to have you sign and drive so you can leave". I signed the papers and he left with all of the paperwork. I am extremely upset and unsatisfied with the customer service I received from David. I asked him twice if I needed to reschedule. He never asked what questions/concerns I had and he never reviewed the paperwork or let me have it. He was very rude and short with me. I understand I was late, I understand I inconvenienced David, but that gives him no reason to treat me the way he did. I will never step foot in Bob King Kia again. I will be sure to tell about my experience. More
I stopped by Bob King Kia because I spotted a unique used car from the road. The salesperson Tim shared in my excitement of learning about the car and performing a test drive. Tim worked with me on getting the right price; the dealership even gave me a full tank of gas to drive home on! These are really solid guys on staff and they work together to get you the car you need for the price you can afford. I would recommend them to anyone. More
I called and spoke to Cassie on the phone. I had filled out a pre-approval financial form on the internet and I told Cassie what I would be trading, and explained when I would be in the store. The staff welcomed me and made me feel immediately welcome as we arrived at Kia. I explained what I wanted and what I didn't. I don't have time to dilly dally around, but also do not like pressure sales. Antwone Clark was my Sales person and listened intently as I shared my thoughts. I had researched the Kia Soul during the past few months and felt it was a car that might fit my needs, but wasn't sure. Often times smaller cars don't turn out like you imagine. I had a limited amount of time and had to be at an appointment so explained to Antwone that I would probably need to return. They had already approved my credit and he had arranged for me to take the Soul in the showroom as a test for a few hours to drive around. I was amazed, never had I expected such fast service. I took the Soul out for about 4 hours, made my appointment, took the car by to show my family and returned. I decided to make a few changes to what I wanted to include, but Antwone was very helpful and later, Donna Lineberry, Finance Manager, was amazing in doing all she could to help me get financed through Kia and I left more than satisfied, I was thrilled to be riding in my new Kia Soul. My dad was the one who sent me to Bob King Kia. He has bought several vehicles from Bob King, as has my family and now I've joined many who can honestly say, Bob King is one of the best car buying experiences ever. Remember Bob King Kia has real Soul!! More
I came to test drive that was scheduled via internet and was greeted promptly by Terry Stevenson. I was shown all features of the car before the test drive and then took the 2013 Kia Soul for a drive. Mr. S was greeted promptly by Terry Stevenson. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the Kia cars. I was helped also by sales floor manager Scott Mcleod. He got me a great price and was able to meet my financial needs. Financial manager Jay Barnes helped to seal the deal and allowed me to get an even better coverage on the car than I expected. Overall very pleased with all representatives at Bob King Kia. I would definitely recommend everyone I worked with at Bob Kia Kia. More
We were so impressed with the whole Kia Experience. We worked with Rodney for about six weeks to get the exact Kia we wanted. He was friendly, informative,and personal. This was the second new car I have bought from Kia and I love the way they treat their customers. Terry was a wonderful salesman, we brought all 3 of our kids with us and he treated them so good, spoiled th love the way they treat their customers. Everyone was very helpful in my decision making process and seemed very genuine in trying to get the car that was right for me as well as getting my payments down to where I felt comfortable. I did not feel pressured to purchase any additional features, but after speaking with her more, I purchased the Simonizing and Glass coat for my car. I think that if she made me feel "pressured" I probably wouldn't have bought it, but because she just explained all the options, I think I was more inclined to buy. She was also VERY helpful when it came to the day I got my glass coat and simonizing. She even let me take her car to work and bring it back since the shuttle wouldn't run all the way to my job. She went above and beyond for me so I give her an A+!! More
