It was an amazing experience! i had worked with Damion over the phone for a week or so, exploring different options. I wisited a dealership in town and they couldn't match what Damion was offering. When I arrived at Bob King, the door was opened for me and I was immediatly directed to Damion. Damion was very patient with all my questions and offered to show me a model I hadnt considered. He went and lined up all three models we had discussed and we drove each one. (He must have nerves of steel!!) I ended up choosing the model he had suggested last, a Soul. All the reasons he pointed out that I might like this car were right on. Not only did he know his car models, he was able to suggest a better fit based on what he learned from me durring the course of our interaction. The money one spends on a new car made me dizzy to consider. Damion immediatly found two wonderful fresh baked cookies to help me get my sugar back up. When we decided on a monthly payment, it was a full $100/month less than my second choice dealer could offer me. I really feel that Damion cared about putting me in a new car. He was sympathetic to our situation. I would recommend him in an instant!! The only thing I regret about this encounter is that Damion missed his 5 yr old's first T-ball match to sell me this car. I wish him many, many future ball dates in person with his son!!! More
These guys worked really hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and needed at the price I could afford!!! I truly just came to test drive and weigh my options but liked the Kia Soul and the deals off that I wanted and needed at the price I could afford!!! I truly just came to test drive and weigh my options but liked the Kia Soul and the deals offered so much I walked out with a new car!! Terry was a great salesman and Scott helped seal the deal. They paid special attention to my needs and now I have a vehicle that I want to show off!!! Jay was great in explaining all of the financial details and made me feel really confident about my purchase. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service that I received and would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great car at a great price and excellent customer service! We went to Bob King last night ready to buy a car that was advertised there, and I was surprised by the 1970's style high pressure sales tactics employed by the sales staff there. I have not seen that degree of sales pressure in decades. The salesman we dealt with was relentless, so much so that it really turned us off of doing business there even though the car we drove was perfectly satisfactory and we would have bought it had our sales person, Alan Loflin, stopped talking at us long enough for us to discuss it. It really was a negative experience and I don't see any reason we would ever have to consider setting foot in another Bob King dealership to buy a car. There are plenty of other options to get what we want. If Mr. Loflin treats all of his potential customers as he treated us, he won't go far in sales. And if he is typical of the Bob King sales staff, that would be unfortunate. We won't be coming back to find out. More

I leased a KIA Sorento from Scott McLeod 3 years ago. I received a letter from Jared Komar in December, 2012 wanting me to trade in my vehicle and purchase/lease new vehicle. I call Mr. Kumar on December received a letter from Jared Komar in December, 2012 wanting me to trade in my vehicle and purchase/lease new vehicle. I call Mr. Kumar on December 31, left message to call me back. He did not. I called again in mid January. Talked with Mr. Komar and let him know that I was interested in purchasing/leasing a new Sorento and needed info on pricing. I also told him that I was a CPA in the middle of tax season and that I would like to receive the pricing information by email since this dealership is 30 minutes from my home. Mr. Komar asked me several questions regarding what I would want and he would get back to me via email/phone call. He did not. I called again and he said they had not received any vehicles that he and I had discussed earlier and he indicated that he would need to see my car before he could give me any prices. My husband took my vehicle over within a few days for an oil change and let Mr. Komar see my car and he indicated that he would get back to us. However, Scott McLeod calls my husband later that day saying that he was now the Sales Manager and would be taking care of us and wanted me to call him. I did, left a message to return my call. He did not. My husband called several times and left messages. When Mr. McLeod finally returned my husband's call, he started asking him all the same questions as Mr. Komar had previously asked me and said he needed to see the car. My husband informed him, again, that Mr. Komar had already seen the car. Mr. McLeod indicated that he did not have any of the vehicles that I had requested on the lot and was expecting a shipment and would call us back. He did not. This was last week. It was my intention to be a loyal customer with the original dealership, but that was a joke!!!! I guess because I did not have several hours to come and sit and wait and wait and be pushed into whatever they had, I was not important enough to have as a loyal customer. Needless to say, I'm done with this dealership, and have moved on. Leasing a new vehicle from a different dealership and will pick up my new car today. And it was amazing....this dealership didn't have the car I wanted on the lot either, but they found one and had it shipped in!!!!! Good riddance Bob King Kia!!!!!! More
Alan was great! He took the time to answer all my questions and if he was not 100% sure he went and found out the answer. He is nice and a joker which makes this stressful process a bit easier.
