I had an amazing experience. I walked into the dealership completely blind, confused and kind of frustrated I was even there. I actually was wanting to purchase a used Scion for just about half the price I p completely blind, confused and kind of frustrated I was even there. I actually was wanting to purchase a used Scion for just about half the price I paid for my new Forte....but after it was all said and done I was completely happy driving away in my Kia. Chris was very professional and polite and never once tried to "sell" me. I've always heard about people going into a dealership and the dealers are so rude or pushy they don't even buy a car. My mother actually owned a 2004 Optima so when I realized the Scion wasn't for me my grandmother kind of pushed me into looking at a NEW car....and I knew Kia was the only option. The men and women at Bob King Kia knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Jay even worked so well with me on getting my extended warranty package with only the things I needed....didn't once make it seem like I didn't have a choice. I loved the fact that they let ME control the appointment and let ME decide what I wanted. I will never again buy a used car, and I'll never again go anywhere other then Bob King Kia! I went to Bob King Kia after searching aimlessly for a new vehicle. After visiting several other dealerships, I was told that my dreams and expectations of buying a new car were unrealistic and could not new vehicle. After visiting several other dealerships, I was told that my dreams and expectations of buying a new car were unrealistic and could not be attained with my budget. However, the staff at Bob King Kia completely changed the impossible to possible by providing me with my dream car. As a first year teacher and recent college graduate, my budget has been restricted. I have been driving my first car for eight years, and have been in dire need for a new one. Fortunately, the faculty at Bob King showed me great compassion, and got me into a car that I thought I could have never purchased with my budget! Now I can say I am a proud owner of a 2014 Kia Sportage, and am loving every minute of it! Thank you guys so much for making my first car purchase a memorable one. Not only did you guys provide me with my first grown up purchase, but you gave me memories that could never be replaced. Thank you so much for giving me the experience of a lifetime! Super experience! The only reason we gave a 4 out of 5 was the wait between purchasing the car and getting financed. Donna did a super job and was well organized but apparently there was a 'line' to get was the wait between purchasing the car and getting financed. I love this car. I bought the 2014 Kia Soul and this is my very first new vehicle. I am 51 and never ever had a new vehicle. I traded a 1996 Jeep so driving this is a wonderful experience.
