I went back to work and chatted with Stacey who was really helpful and got all the information about the car I had seen on there lot. She then introduced me to Brian who was very helpful. He made this entire process fit my schedule. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a new car to see Bob King Kia. Now I have a 2014 Kia Optima and a 2012 Kia Optima. We could have had a terrible experience if it hadnt been for Brian Pilcher and Donna Owens Lineberry. We had problems with our car and those two went above and beyond what anyone else would have done to ma for Brian Pilcher and Donna Owens Lineberry. I came to Bob King Kia wanting either last year's model or an used Kia under 10,000 miles. I was disappointed that they had neither and left. Next day I began thinking, "well maybe they didn't have model or an used Kia under 10,000 miles. I was disappointed that they had neither and left. Next day I began thinking, "well maybe they didn't have any ONLY because people like them and they sale so well". That same day I got an email from Jason Brewer, thanking me for dropping by and offering to be of help in the future. This impressed me! All the other dealerships bombarded me with repeated phone calls with last minute specials and "I just found this...just right for you" deal. I couldn't finish one phone call before two more were calling. I made the mistake of "going back" to see two of the "just right deals"...and of course, by the time I got there it was either gone or it was nothing like what what I wanted. It was so bad that I planned from that point forward I would give a sales person the phone number for "Orkin Pest Control". But Jason was different...he didn't bug me...he was respectful and helpful. So I went back and with Jason's consulting skill bought a new car. I must admit, I was a little worried because I had not researched the model like I normally do. However, there was something about the Jason and the Bob King Kia Family that I trusted. They provided me good info on the spot. The warranty was great...the gratitude to former US military was impressive...and their over all support was fantastic. In the end, the price was something I felt we could live with...and the value was certainly higher than we had been looking for. Thank you Jason. More

I bought a new Kia Optima and experienced excellent customer service. When I have bought cars in the past the experience has taken hours but this was quick and pleasant.
