Allow me to first of give you my experience, we actually went to Paramount KIA in Hickory, we test drove a 2013 Sorento that had the ECO Button on it and DVD Player in it, it had 17K miles on it and they ha went to Paramount KIA in Hickory, we test drove a 2013 Sorento that had the ECO Button on it and DVD Player in it, it had 17K miles on it and they had asked $20,877 around that amount. We fell in love with this vehicle, they told us what they could do for us, but we could go that much monthly payments. I was called on Saturday by "KC" The Finance Manager and also by Randy the Sales Manager. I called KC back and he told me that he got us to $250.00 a month where we wanted to be, he asked if we wanted this vehicle that we test drove last night (Friday) and I told him that yes we will take it, but we couldn't come down until Monday to pick it up. We were so excited, because this is the one that we actually wanted! I was in a meeting Monday morning at work, and my cell phone rang and it was Charles Cappadona the Sales Consultant that actually assisted us to begin with. Charles said I've got a Sorento for you to come and look at, and I said we have already bought the one from Friday night and we are excited about it and was coming down that evening to pick it up, we Charles said no we sold that one, but I've got another one out back that is not quite what you looked at but it was nice and for the same price I could have that one, and I said does it have the DVD player in it, he said no, but it was just as nice, he then sends me via e-mail a picture of it. It didn't even have the nice pen stripe and really did appear to be the same color, I told him no that we would just get the one that we wanted and he said no I sold it to a nice Christian lady that had 2 kids and they begged for the DVD player so he sold it to them. I was very angry and said you lied to us after we came all that way down from Wilkes County, and I called them that all 3 he, Randy, and KC were all liars. He said no you said that you didn't want that one remember and I said at first you are correct, but KC and yourself new well why, and KC in front of you told us that he would work on it and call us on Saturday, and I told him fine, and you were standing right there so you knew so don't play me as a fool. Needless to say after all of that we came down on Monday evening after work and spoke with Justin who is a great sales person, very polite and well spoken, and he treated us as if we mattered and that he cared about how we felt. we test drove the one that Justin had, I was not as satisfied with it as much as the on that I test drove on Friday, but I went ahead and purchased it, because it was a good deal, but I also knew that the one from Friday night is gone and there is nothing that I can do about it, and I still feel like I have been done very badly by Paramount KIA!! I also knew that we were treat very fairly by Justin, and he is a very outstanding young man that was up front from start of the sales to very end of it, I couldn't ask for anyone any better than Justin and Donna! We went in to meet with Donna, she was very nice and polite, and she like Justin was not pushy, she allowed us to make up our own mind, when she talked to us about everything she too was very open about everything and treated us like we were somebody and like she cared about us and our feelings. I explained what had happened to us as I did to just as well over the weekend and that Monday, I let them know that I was very skeptical because of what had happened. I will tell you this and be honest, I wish that we had gone to Bob King KIA, to begin with, what outstanding folks these folks are, I trust them and recommend them highly, because of the wonderful experience that we had with them! I have already been telling folks, don't go to Paramount KIA, go to BOB KING KIA, and you will be treated right. I gave my experience from the beginning to give you a picture of the "BIG" difference in dealerships which is a "GREAT BIG MARGIN", Ask me on a scale of 0 to 10 how I would rate Paramount KIA "0", and how I would rate Bob King KIA "10"! I had recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Crown Nissan in Greensboro and was not pleased at all. I must say that Bob King Kia did an excellent job. Not only were they able to get me out of the vehicle that I was unhappy with, but was able to get me in a brand new Kia Sorento. Going to Kia was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I had two of the most helpful and honest salesmen who did all the hard work for me and my daughter, who just turned 16. I would not recommended this dealership to anyone. Although the purchasing process wasn't a negative experience dealing with this dealership since then has been a nightmare. When we purchased this 2012 Nissan Titan the tire pressure gauge light was on . Rodney told my husband that it was broken to bring in the truck and he would have this fixed at no charge since it was a late friday night we agreed. When my husband returned with the truck the following week the repair center was "conveinitly" to busy to repair it and Rodney said he would be in touch with my husband to have the truck repaired. Over a month later and with serveral unreturned calls and voicemails the issue has yet to be resolved. A week after we purchased the vehicle we had it refinanced through another company that offered a much better interest rate and a much better extended warranty. So my husband went and signed the paper work to have the warranty cancelled and our money refunded. We were told we would receive our refund within 2 weeks. Donna then called and requested a pay off letter from the original lender. I faxed this on Jan 2 and spoke with her on Jan 3 to verify she received the fax. She assured me she had and had sent the letter to corporate and once again said we would have our refund in 2 weeks. Over 3 week later we still hadn't received our refund so my husband called she told him she would check and get back with him. She didn't return his call so he again called the next day and she told him she was waiting on someone to get back to her. This was over a week ago we have called several additional times and have not received return calls to our very detailed messages. We have yet to receive our $1900 refund and are getting no where with this company. More

As a first time buyer, I was extremely leery but very positive about getting a car. My grandmother and I had been to several other dealerships and felt like none of them were able to help us within the p positive about getting a car. Bob King Kia with Mr.Rodney Rhoda was our final stop and we had every intention of giving up if this did not work. As soon as we met Mr.Rodney, he was full of personality and positive energy and expressed to us that if we wanted a car, we would in fact receive one. After filling out the paperwork, talking to Rodney about our expenses and our price range, he was able to find me a car within my price range that I fell in love with. If I know anyone that is in need of a car as much as I was, I am definitely referring them to Bob King Kia and to specifically see Rodney Rhoda. I have been so happy with my decision. More
We arrived at the dealership with an idea of an acceptable purchase within our budget. The salesman listened to our ideas and showed us several options within our price range. His attention to detail and excellent customer service allowed us to aquire a very nice vehicle that we are most satisfied with both the automobile and price. The finance officer, Donna was most thorough and complete in all of the terms of the financial agreement. She made sure we understood all of the options avaialbe to us and answered all of our questions. After the paperwork was finished, Justin aquainted us with many of the car's features and controlls. He made sure we were comfortable before we drove away. They both made this car purchase a satisfying experience in just a few hours! More
