This particular dealership is out of my way, but the value and the customer service that I experienced made it worth the drive. On my first visit, I wasn't sure of what I wanted but Chris was very helpf value and the customer service that I experienced made it worth the drive. But here, Chris followed up and made me feel like I could come back anytime. Donna, the financial manager, was also extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the details of my deal. All around, the staff was very nice. I've heard horror stories of people buying cars but this dealership made it seem like a piece of cake. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Next, in 2009, I traded into a lease arrangement for a 2012 Sorento; my treatment was equally as good with Scotty, Jared, my new salesman and Jay once again. Now I leased a 2014 Optima from Jared with both Scotty and Ralph as my managers and once again, my treatment was excellent as well as the performance of the Kias I have owned or leased and I continually recommend both Kia and Bob King to my friends. As I began to shop for a new car, my husband and I stopped in to test drive a new Kia Optima. Not only did he show us several cars to narrow down our desires and tastes, but the test drive gave us an opportunity to experience all levels of driving and the highlights of the Optima's true capabilities. Afterwards, George talked with us as a friend, not only taking a personal interest in making sure that we were happy with our choice, , but he gave us so much information that we could not express into questions. When we did not know how to question, he filled in all the information that was important in making a wise decision. We never felt pressured in any way and he gave us plenty of time to understand the advantages of the car. Since purchasing that day at Bob King Kia, George has called us several times to touch base and see if we are enjoying our new car experience. One real stress reliever was the two hour tutorial that George gave me on the new technology. He repeated when I needed to hear the details again and demonstrated how to use each part of the navigation and general parts of the dashboard. He has reassured me that I can call him any day in the future if I have a question or problem concerning my purchase. We know that he took care of us the first day and will continue to do so. I am on my 6th Kia of which I have purchased 4 from Bob King. They are always a friendly group to work with and make every effort to ensure that my needs in a car, payments and follow up service needs are King. I will only deal with this dealership and recommend them to everyone that even mentions looking for a Kia and even those who are thinking of other makes. I have referred my parents there as well and they have purchased there last 2 cars from this dealership. Bob King takes the dread out of buying a new car!! Anytime I show up to trade or for service they address me by name, ask about my family, and just make the entire visit like sitting down with family / friends to catch up.. There is no other dealership to deal with as far as I am concerned and you will not get a better deal or price on a new or used car. Again, they will do EVERYTHIING they can to make sure your needs are met and you leave happy. I actually live in Greensboro and make the drive to Winston Salem just to deal with Bob King either for trading or for service. In the past I had to have some collision work done from a slight accident and they went out of there way to ensure that the repairs were done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Once completed you could not tell the SUV had been damaged. So Bob King from start to finish is the only way to go for car buying, service, or repairs. More
