we are sorry you had difficulty with the second key issue. As with any used car sometimes we have a second key and sometimes we don't. We can have a laser key cut for you at anytime and are happy to do so its unfortunate that none of the management team was aware of the issue. please feel free to come see Scott or Phil or me and we will get one cut for you.
