Total Satisfaction First of all, my wife and I knew we wanted a Sorento ( had spent weeks looking at reviews on everything in the same class). Not to down another dealer, but the offer of free oil changes for life of the vehicle? Patrick beat their price by several thousand. So the oil changes do not compute. We found on the lot the model we wanted, right color (white) got a great price and left happy. Patrick is just an all around nice guy. He assisted us in our decision and did not pressure or push us to "BUY" something or none of that "This price is only good today" crap. Now for the vehicle. We got the 6 cylinder. A couple of weeks after getting it, we left for a trip to Texas. We had driven it locally to get around 500 miles on it before the trip to kinda get it broken in and just to make sure there were not any issues (None). We use the Eco mode most of the time (power is fine). This thing really likes to cruise at around 75 mph (like floating on air, and handled great). Most of the interstate speed limits out that way are 70 and 75. At that speed it was not any problem to maintain around 26 to 28 gpm, with a couple of occasions that it indicated 30 gpm. Also riding along for several hours at a time, the seats were very comfortable and the ride was very smooth. This was in December, so get the heated seat warmers, (heats back and bottom) as they work great. Bluetooth works great. I don't know of anything negative to write about the Sorento or Bob King Kia because there have not been any. Its really nice to be able to write and tell people about a positive experience with all the negatives in the world today. Bob KIng, you had better hang on to Patrick, you got a winner in this guy. ( Not alot of car salesmen or car dealers I can say that about). And another thing, Patrick knows his product. He did not have to ask someone, or look in the owners manual. You ask him a question, and he knew the answer. Which also helped in choosing the right model (what works for us). Sorry this was kinda long, but its facts, just the facts! More

Martin took the time to understand what was important for us in a new car and then let us test drive different models and and walked through the features of each so we could make the right decision in choosing which car to buy. Once we selected the new Optima he was very patient with us while we decided on which color combination was right for us. He made us feel that he genuinely wanted to help make sure we had the right car and that he would take whatever time was necessary to find it. We had been to other dealers and the other salesmen never made us feel that way. We are extremely pleased with our 2016 Kia Optima choice and will come back to Bob King Kia in the future.
