Great First Car Buying Experience! We were looking a new car for my daughter. She has never experienced buying a car. After some research online we found better prices at Bob King Kia and that was a major decision in travelling almost two hours from Dunn to Winston Salem to look at the 2015 Optima Terry McKoy assisted me with over the phone. Terry was great! He wasn't overbearing or pushy and after a bad experience at another dealer the night before, his approach with us was perfect. I was already in a defensive mood after the previous nights' bad experience and Sam immediately could tell we were being treated differently at Bob King. We drove up to see the 2015 Optima and we did get to drive one on the highway to test it out! We weren't shown a 2016 or something else more expensive. I felt Terry and everyone else was being fair and honest with us. Kennedy was great as well when we forgot to get him the exact mileage on the car. He came to us to get the paperwork corrected and resigned. That meant a lot because Sam couldn't leave work. He came to her work place and that meant a lot as well. Thanks! More

My credit wasn't perfect, but between Dennis and Jay in the finance office and the rest of their team they made it work for me.
