Horrible service I bought a used car from here back in October of 2015. And after buying my used car and an extended warranty on the car from Bob King Kia In Winston-S I bought a used car from here back in October of 2015. And after buying my used car and an extended warranty on the car from Bob King Kia In Winston-Salem. And I had the motor blow 3 months after purchase of the car and I had to argue with the extended warranty to cover repairs of my newly purchaseed car. Because of aftermarket parts installed on the car, prior to my purchase. So after some time the warranty company did cover my repairs but stated in order to honor the warranty sold to me by Bob King I needed to purchase almost 1200$ in parts to return the car to factory specs after i had to cover an additional 900$ in parts and labor to get my newly purchased car fixed And after calling the dealership and trying to work something out they belittled me and we're of no help at all. Only enjoyed the the day I purchased the car Alen cables was great help and only positive experience I had with the dealership. More

Thank you George Welcome! I had the pleasure of working with George Welcome on the purchase of my new 2016 Sorento. I set up my test drive appointment through the Bob King KIA I had the pleasure of working with George Welcome on the purchase of my new 2016 Sorento. I set up my test drive appointment through the Bob King KIA online booking process and it was wonderful. I received a phone call (from Josh Garcia) on my way to the dealership to confirm my appointment and vehicle that I was interested in test driving. The whole team was great to work with and they made the whole process a painless expedited transaction. After the test drive George had me go online and fill out an application; the next day I came back to sign the documents with Jay; he was awesome too! Jay was very willing to explain all the documents and answer all my questions. I looked over the car that had just been detailed (one last time) and signed the prepared documents. George then provided me with all the training I needed. He set up my Bluetooth connection and took time to teach me about all the new technology that was loaded in the car. After thiis was all said and done Gorge even took the time to return my cd that I left in my trade in! I also want to say a thank you to Hanna; she just called me yesterday to notify me that my new tags were on their way in the mail! Thank you George Welcome and the Kia TEAM! I wish you the best! More

They found the perfect car for us and it turned out to be our favorite color.We have a gently used car with lots of extras; it is beautiful.We are as happy as two frogs sharing a lily pad on a wonderful sunny day!
