Everyone was great, from Taylor Hall texting me earlier in the week to Jay Barnes finishing up the paperwork.!! I first went to Bob King Kia two years ago after my car was totaled in a wreck. Rodney was great! I got a wonderful Mazda 6. I recently decided to look into upgrading and went to their website first. I immediately found just what I was looking for. I did search around a little more but kept coming back to Bob King Kia just because of the wonderful service I received from Rodney two years ago. I did an inquiry on what I was looking for off the website. I immediately got a response from Taylor Hall. I told her I was just looking around and that I had been there before and bought a car with Rodney. She was very nice and just simply said she understood but if I had any questions she or Rodney would be happy to help. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate the understanding and not pushing for a sell. We decided several days later to go check it out. I was fortunate enough to meet Alan. He made this experience as great as my first. Both times they were attentive and not aggressive! I really loved how they listened. They made my whole family not just me feel at home. Alan and Rodney are FANTASTIC!! They made my experience fun and relaxed with no hassles!! I would highly recommend them to anyone anywhere. More

They were able to obtain financing for me at a great rate, and that meant I could get the deal done on a Saturday and without stepping foot into a bank. SECOND TIME AROUND No place like Bob King Kia. This is the second Kia we have purchased. One for our daughter and one for our granddaughter. We purchased a new Kia So No place like Bob King Kia. This is the second Kia we have purchased. One for our daughter and one for our granddaughter. We purchased a new Kia Soul first and the next one was a used Kia Forte. We had the great privilege and experience of dealing with a fantastic sales associated, George Walker. We purchased the Soul in 2012 and the Forte in 2016. The sales associate we purchased the Soul with is no longer there but we had the privilege of getting to know George Welcome so when it came time to purchase the "2nd" Kia we made an appointment to deal with George. Our daughter was very happy with George and he found the perfect car for her. She had been very happy with her Forte. Our granddaughter has had run of bad luck with her Soul. Got rear-ended in the first 48 hours she had the car, got hit by a deer, got car smashed by trees being cut down along the road (no signs indicating this work ahead of time), slid on the ice (the only one that was her fault), then had a hit and run accident. All of these were taken care of in quality time and the repairs were well done, you would never know there was any damage to the car. The collision department was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Bob King Kia is a friendly and efficient dealership to do business with. They always have coffee and fresh cookies ready for you while you shop or wait for something. Everyone there makes you feel welcome but MR. GEORGE WELCOME is the best sales associate. He helps you but never pressures you in anyway. In our book he is a #10. Way to go George. More
