bad service I called Bob King KIA about service that was not done, the service manager SM talk to me like a dog. He really disrespected me as a customer. When I talked to the GM about this he acted as if he didn't know what was going on. I let him know what was going on, he began to talk to me in the same matter that SM did. My 2006 KIA Sportage was running fine a couple month ago, my timer belt needs to be repaired. Bob King said something one time almost six months ago but I had my car service about three time in that time frame. I would never go back to Bob King KIA again. I see that Bob King KIA is all about money and getting yours. If you think you are a valued customer, your not. Find somewhere that will treat you better! Customer Service is bad!!!! 04/01/2016 I had a meeting with the GM on 04/21/2016 and he was mad that I file a complaint with the BBB and that I got my car fixed at Carolina Kia in High Point, NC. He talk to me like a dog again, very disrespectful. He told me "he can talk to people how ever he like and that he run this Business". At the end of the meeting he told me "never to bring my car to Bob King Kia again and if I do it will not be serviced". Their all about getting your money, not doing things that need to be done and blaming you for the wrongness!!!! More

Very good experience overall My car was totaled in a wreck, and we needed a replacement quickly as the rental I was using had to be returned in just a few days. I was already leaning toward a Kia Sorento, and we started our search in Raleigh but were very disappointed with our dealings with that dealership. My husband works in Winston Salem and stopped in at Bob King Kia to see what they had to offer, Blake Collins was very helpful in locating vehicles that fit our criteria, and my husband was able to quickly narrow the choices down to the one that he thought was a good fit. Knowing and trusting his good judgement, I decided to go ahead and fill out the credit application, which I was able to do online from work. The only issue we had was getting the dealership to call back with the status of that application. They apparently got extremely busy that day, and after many phone calls (and my husband letting them know he wasn't happy about the situation), we finally got word that evening that all was good to go. We went to the dealership after work on a Friday night so I could see the vehicle for the first time to make sure it was what I wanted and if so sign the paperwork. Blake right away impressed me as being a down to earth, honest person more so than a salesman, which I much prefer! He had done everything we'd asked; the paperwork in order and the car was ready to go to make the process as short as possible. If we asked a question he wasn't sure about the answer to, he said so an found out what the correct answer was. I didn't deal with as many folks there as my husband did, but was very pleased with both Blake and Jay...and I'm now the proud owner of a Kia Sorento! More
