This has been a great vehicle and will continue to purchase Toyota's. Dorschel has been amazing to be associated with. Not only was the salesman (Randy) amazing to deal with, my experiences with the Service Department has been excellent mostly due to my service writer, Joe Ziekierski. He always greats me with a smile, keeps me informed as to what needs to be done while waiting for work to be completed, lets me know how long it will take to complete the service, offers me advice on what and when services in the future should be completed. Most of all, he takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I have about my vehicle or just to talk to me. He is a great asset to Dorschel and am glad I have the pleasure to have him as my service writer. More
Greatest Dealership Experience I have purchased 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and Dorschel Toyota is #1.After shopping for a new truck while in Fla.I decided to contact Dorschel to I have purchased 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and Dorschel Toyota is #1.After shopping for a new truck while in Fla.I decided to contact Dorschel to check on availability for a particular model.Tom Ernisse,a manager,said he would research my request and get back to me.Within 2 days he responded and we made a very fair deal over the phone.When I returned home my new truck was waiting for me.My salesman,Nawar Ashour was pleasant and had my vehicle ready in 4 hrs.The final paperwork took under 45 minutes.I have never experienced such a non stressful,no games,honest dealership.They truly are clear-simple-and VERY different. More
Seemed put out to assist potential used car buyer Are they going out of business? No one was available in the used car building. Had to go to the new car building. A helpful gentleman took me over to a cubicle where several individuals were just sitting shooting the bull. He asked whether anyone was available to help someone with a possible car purchase. No one jumped up, just stared at each other. Then one got up and started in with the REAL campy introduction and limp 'at your service' attitude. He went over to a computer in the used car building that appeared to be set up by him. After giving him some information he eventually, with some difficultly managed to find the car on a search page, but could not determine the current status of the car. After some time he called someone and asked where the car was, and found out it had been sold "yesterday." The big question is. "who's in charge?" How controlled is the inventory" Who assures the information available is correct? This is such a shame for this company. I bought my first financed car from this company in the early '80s and the place has degraded dramatically since then. I've also recommended this place to family and friends over the years. Didn't seem they were too willing to help my kind of people anymore ... The pity is that instead of having a pretty good shot at a sale, they lost my business and the business of anyone I can persuade. More
Run around dealership. Did not disclose a problem that they knew about. Had to take it in and have it fixed the first week. In regards to the"platinum" warranty that we paid extra for, they have given us the run around on several occasions. They say we need to call Toyota and Toyota says we need to call Doeshel. Also tried to charge us about $1000 on repairs that were covered by warranty. More

I've requested the other manuals multiple times. Now am ready to go on trip and want to turn down the.volume on the Navigation directions. But the owners manual refers one back to the Navigation Manual which I do not have. NICE!! Not. Where are the other manuals I requested multiple times? Dorschel to cheap to supply?? Excellent experience with Joe Roides at Dorshel! We are on our third vehicle with Dorschel. The last two times we dealt with Joe Roides. We requested him specifically for our deal this year. He explained leasing so we could understand it. And he interacted with both my wife and I. We upgraded from a Camry to an Avalon this time and Joe took us for a test drive that would show off the Avalon's differences. We are extremely satisfied with our Avalon and our experience with Joe was excellent. My wife had just had foot surgery and Joe went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable the entire time we were talking. When we picked up the car, he had it indoors so that my wife would not have to walk far. And Joe has answered all our questions via email in a timely manner. Definitely a ten out of ten experience. : ) More

Joe Roides is a 10/10!! In June of 2013 my husband and I visited Dorschel Toyota to look for a vehicle for me. My 1991 Camry died in 2006 and it was time for me to get anoth In June of 2013 my husband and I visited Dorschel Toyota to look for a vehicle for me. My 1991 Camry died in 2006 and it was time for me to get another vehicle. I had been doing my research and actually test drove a 2013 Camry and a 2013 RAV at another dealership. We knew that Dorschel had a good reputation and decided to check them out. We had a great experience with Joe. We told him what we were looking for and the features we wanted. He worked with us, explained all of our options, answered our questions and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. I fell in love with and decided to lease a 2013 RAV 4 Limited (Pyrite Mica). On March 19, 2016, my husband and I met again with Joe and on March 21, 2016, I drive away with my new 2016 RAV 4 (Barcelona Red). It was another great experience with Joe and hopefully, in three years we will work with him again. More

He answered my many questions, found a ruler to measure the back of the car, let me take the car on an extensive test drive (over railroad tracks, twisty winding roads, the highway etc.), and, in general, let the car, 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited sell itself. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. As I added options to protect the car, paint film, door protectors etc., he didn't try to push more options. Pun intended, I "drove" the sale. After the sale, when the Service area installed the options, Joseph managed the entire process for me to ensure everything was done correctly. What an unusual and refreshing experience. More
