Very good experience We stopped in at our appointed time. Once Randy knew what we wanted, we test drove a car. Then he shpped the company`s supply. There was not a red Rav4 Adventure available but found one for us with the fearures we were looking for. Randy called us at home that evening with the news that the car was availble by Friday. At Fridays appointment paperwork was completed and Randy gave us a complete training on ALL the features. Wow! This was the best experiance we have ever had at buying a car. More

Jason Conrose, Enough Said This is my 4th Toyota, my 3rd 4Runner, my 2nd Dorschel Toyota from Jason Conrose and my very first brand new car! I can’t really put into words how gr This is my 4th Toyota, my 3rd 4Runner, my 2nd Dorschel Toyota from Jason Conrose and my very first brand new car! I can’t really put into words how great a salesman Jay is, all I can say is I’m a customer for life. He knew how to get me what I needed, nothing I didn’t and the sky was the limit. In addition to the trucks on the lot, I could have had any 4Runner in any color brought in from somewhere else and he had it all on screen at the touch of a button. All this with numbers - real sales numbers for every vehicle and every little change made to each vehicle and I could see the change to the bottom line as we worked through the deal. Trying this at any other dealership is an exercise in futility. I’m ashamed to admit I went somewhere else thinking all dealerships in 2018 are the same... nope. I happily came back to Dorschel knowing what I would get with Jason and I will never stray again. I love the modern sales approach of Dorschel and I’ve had nothing but great experience with both sales and service. Thanks again! More

This has been a great vehicle and will continue to purchase Toyota's. Dorschel has been amazing to be associated with. Not only was the salesman (Randy) amazing to deal with, my experiences with the Service Department has been excellent mostly due to my service writer, Joe Ziekierski. He always greats me with a smile, keeps me informed as to what needs to be done while waiting for work to be completed, lets me know how long it will take to complete the service, offers me advice on what and when services in the future should be completed. Most of all, he takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I have about my vehicle or just to talk to me. He is a great asset to Dorschel and am glad I have the pleasure to have him as my service writer. More
Greatest Dealership Experience I have purchased 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and Dorschel Toyota is #1.After shopping for a new truck while in Fla.I decided to contact Dorschel to I have purchased 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and Dorschel Toyota is #1.After shopping for a new truck while in Fla.I decided to contact Dorschel to check on availability for a particular model.Tom Ernisse,a manager,said he would research my request and get back to me.Within 2 days he responded and we made a very fair deal over the phone.When I returned home my new truck was waiting for me.My salesman,Nawar Ashour was pleasant and had my vehicle ready in 4 hrs.The final paperwork took under 45 minutes.I have never experienced such a non stressful,no games,honest dealership.They truly are clear-simple-and VERY different. Seemed put out to assist potential used car buyer Are they going out of business? No one was available in the used car building. Had to go to the new car building. A helpful gentleman took me over to a cubicle where several individuals were just sitting shooting the bull. He asked whether anyone was available to help someone with a possible car purchase. No one jumped up, just stared at each other. Then one got up and started in with the REAL campy introduction and limp 'at your service' attitude. He went over to a computer in the used car building that appeared to be set up by him. After giving him some information he eventually, with some difficultly managed to find the car on a search page, but could not determine the current status of the car. After some time he called someone and asked where the car was, and found out it had been sold "yesterday." The big question is. "who's in charge?" How controlled is the inventory" Who assures the information available is correct? This is such a shame for this company. I bought my first financed car from this company in the early '80s and the place has degraded dramatically since then. I've also recommended this place to family and friends over the years. Didn't seem they were too willing to help my kind of people anymore ... The pity is that instead of having a pretty good shot at a sale, they lost my business and the business of anyone I can persuade. More
Run around dealership. Did not disclose a problem that they knew about. Had to take it in and have it fixed the first week. Also tried to charge us about $1000 on repairs that were covered by warranty. More
