I went to Kia desprately in need of a new car but ironically enough very wary of anymore trying to sell me one. Phil immediately put me at ease and proceeded to efficiantly find a car to suit my need ironically enough very wary of anymore trying to sell me one. He spent a lot of time answering my questions yet never for a moment did I feel any kind of pressure or discomfort- which is generally synonomous with purchasing a vehicle. Even now, after I've had the car for 3 weeks, He called and checked to see if I was enjoying the car or had anymore questions. I am so thouroughly impressed with the service and friendliness of Phil and Dorschel as a whole- Thank you so much! More
Phil was really wonderful and I loved that I only needed to work with one person. There were no transfers, no running to the manager every 30 seconds, no trying to force me to buy something I wasn't comfort to work with one person. Not to mention, I didn't feel like a minnow in a shark tank whatsoever! Dorschel really knows what they're doing in regards to customer service and it showed the minute I picked up the phone and called to inquire about the car. Buying/leasing a car can be really terrifying, but Phil made things personable and it helped take a lot of the stress off the entire situation. He made sure to explain each step, answer all my questions and concerns, and took the time to get me to a comfortable place--even if that meant staying late! My husband emailed Dorschel for a quote and the reply was from Phil. When we walked into the dealership Phil was the first person to greet us. So in some way we felt like we already knew him. He told us about how Dorschel is different and we appreciate the difference. We did a test drive and were convinced. When we picked up our new Sportage Phil took time to orient us to all the wonderful features and made sure we felt comfortable before we drove away.
