He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of my endless questions with grace. I left there feeling that I had not been "had". Non-Stressful and Easy Prior to going to Dorschel Kia, we had done our homework and knew that we wanted to purchase a 2015 Kia Soul Plus; however, we originally had planned Prior to going to Dorschel Kia, we had done our homework and knew that we wanted to purchase a 2015 Kia Soul Plus; however, we originally had planned on waiting until the Spring or Summer to make the purchase. After meeting with Terry Butler, we were able to come to an agreement on the trade in of our existing vehicle and ended up making the purchase in January. Terry made our buying experience very non-stressful and was very patient with us as we wavered a few times on waiting until the Spring or going ahead with the deal in January. He never pressured us to "buy now", he simply gave us the prices and allowed us to make our own decision on our own time. We would highly recommend Terry Butler and the Dorschel dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

The available cars, the ease of finding the car I wanted, the test drive experience, and most of all the fabulous service I received from the salesman I worked with. I would like to thank Jason Knope for his awesome customer service! He went above and beyond to help make my car search/purchase an enjoyable one. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He even did the little things that other dealerships/salesmen were not doing, which made me feel that he truly cared about how good my experience was. This included letting me wait inside on a 10 degree day while he went and got the car I was interested in for me to test drive. Dorschel Kia was my second stop and from the beginning they made the whole experience easy and stress free. I wasn't positive what I wanted at first but Chris was able to help me narrow it down and I ultimately went with a 2015 Kia Sportage. I feel like I got a great deal on my new car as well as a fair amount for my trade in. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Chris to anyone looking for a new car! More

Do not stand behind their word Made a purchase offer on a 2012 Kia Soul from Dorschel Kia, I did not dicker on price since I thought it was fair. I did ask about a chip in the winds Made a purchase offer on a 2012 Kia Soul from Dorschel Kia, I did not dicker on price since I thought it was fair. I did ask about a chip in the windshield and was told by the salesman they would replace the windshield. Put $100 down and was told the following day that the Kia would be sent to doll-up and be ready for me to pick up on Thursday. I set up financing with my bank. The salesman called me on Wednesday evening to tell me that they had another buyer who would take the car with the chip in it. I asked him how you can sell a car that you already faxed me a buy order for to give to my bank, sent me the Vin number to put insurance and took a deposit on. Although apologetic he said his team leader said I could still have it if I took it with the damaged windshield. Sorry but if you don't stand behind your word it really doesn't matter how fair the product is. Will do business elsewhere. To add insult I was told it might take a couple of weeks to get my deposit back. More
