My husband and I went there to purchase a 2016 Kia Sorento and were disappointed in the vehicle. After working with our salesman, Scott Cleese, we bought a new 2017 Kia Sorento. We were more than pleased with the amount they gave us for our trade in and the over all experience. We had the new vehicle under coated, seats porotcted and a protective coated put in the vehicle. This took the majority of the day and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. While it was a long day, I would highly recommend Dorschel Kia! More
great service I bought my 2016 sorento from Fucillo. but when i went for an oil change, they said it would be taken care of an in hour. came back, my vehicle was ST I bought my 2016 sorento from Fucillo. but when i went for an oil change, they said it would be taken care of an in hour. came back, my vehicle was STILL parked in the same spot as where i parked it!! so i took it to dorchel, OMG what an experience! The man that took care of me was Angel. nice guy. not only did i get my oil changed, i got a free car wash AND some vacuuming inside! and i LOVED the lobby! cafe, lots of chairs, cashiers look professional. my car was done 45 minutes! i live in Hamlin. Henrietta about a 40 min drive for me. Ill be coming back for now on. the gas money will be worth it.. More

I have already decided if I stay with kia I was going to get it somewhere else..well looking I met JASON KNOPE he was taking the snow off cars weather wasn't that great..We starting talking he stop what was doing took me outside looking at other models of kia very cold by the way..didn't matter he keep showing me ..well he had my info saw him again on floor another day when I was in ..start talking again told him what I been looking at around the area..he said Jose have u ever consider a lexus..look at few left...then he calls me studs when can u come and look at one he just had come in.TOld him I work late ..Jason brought to my job to look at ..that left me speachless love the car and what he did was over and beyond. .TODAY OWNER OF A LEXUS 250 FROM DORCHAL IF WASN'T FOR JASON KNOPE I WOULD HAVE LEASE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.....THANK FOR EVERYTHING JASON KNOPE WILL BE BACK TO SEE U AGAIN. .. Surprising experience After walking around the sales floor searching for someone to ask when the redesigned Kia Optimas will be coming in, I eventually found a receptionist After walking around the sales floor searching for someone to ask when the redesigned Kia Optimas will be coming in, I eventually found a receptionist who paged a salesperson. This was surprise # 1: no sales staff waiting to meet customers at a very quiet time of the week. When a salesperson eventually emerged (I don't remember his name) he was confused by my question: it was clear he didn't know that Kia's best selling model has just been redesigned, has already been tested by US journalists and ought to be in dealerships any day now. Surprise #2. A manager walked by. The salesperson repeated my question to his manager. His manager gave a vague reply: "Probably sometime in the next 2 - 3 weeks." Surprise #3. Lastly, I received a mailing from the dealership offering to trade my current Kia lease in for a new one. It instructed me to call an 800 #. I called the number and had to leave my own number in order to "register". I did so, and about 2 weeks later have not heard a word from them. Surprise #4. More
Great Experience! I went to Dorschel, looking for a new Nissan Rogue. Due to several issues, it was out of my reach financially. When I thought there was no possibilit I went to Dorschel, looking for a new Nissan Rogue. Due to several issues, it was out of my reach financially. When I thought there was no possibility of me getting a car (used or new), I sadly gave up and I thought that they had too. I mean once you say, "send my deposit back" and "ok, I guess I cannot get a car, thank you and take care", you would assume Dorschel would just hang up the phone and go on to the next customer. No! A week later got a call from Dorschel and they had a car for me. A Brand New 2015 Kia Forte with 8 miles on it. I can not tell you how pleased I am with the car, their persistance (even after I gave up), and their responsiveness. More
