They got me an enterprise rent a car because the part was not in stock. That was very nice of them I thought. After a few days go by they still don’t have the part. I tell them I work on a boat and will be leaving on the ninth day in the shop. They say I can keep the car for that period. Again nice. Turned out I flew to my boat and had the car returned. After two and a half weeks, they call after I has been calling the service manager everyday for four days with no return call they call and say they got the spring and replaced it. And as they are driving it out of the garage the other side spring breaks. Now I have to wait again for who no’s how long because they only got one spring.sounds fishy. This is my third dealing with them. First when I bought the car I was promised several free oil changes. But because the salesperson that sold me the car quit. They gave me one. Guess they thought I was lying. Way to get repeat business. Should have got it in writing the manager said. Next I have a squeak it the front seat spring. They check it out and say I they have to take the seat out so I say that I will bring it back. When I do I leave it all day and they say we couldn’t find the squeak. It was there when you said you had to remove the seat! Again I must be lying. I’ll let you know how this turns out but it’s not looking good. Tomorrow will be three weeks and counting. More

Felicia who we had worked with prior was great when we first leased but throughout our lease as we tried to ask via email questions knowing our miles were going to be over and her only answer was well there is a lot of time left. Ok.... so we stepped in 2 months early to ask again and she promptly began by asking us what new car we wanted to go into without going over our current lease, ended up going to her manager who came back with a bogus KBB way off of our buyout price to try and push us towards a new lease instead, we told her at this point we will probably buy out since we were over miles and prepared for this option and her tone had changed to the point where she almost no longer wanted to work with us all because she wasn't selling a new car to us. So at that point i asked if we were able to turn our car in at any dealership and she reluctantly told us we were able to at a cost of $400 disposition fee. I would much rather pay $400 to go somewhere else and not work with someone who was terrible with our numbers constantly redoing the math because she messed something up and to someone who cares. So we ended up going to IDE Volkswagen who were not pushy and tried helping us out with numbers to go back to Dorschel without taking any of our information until we contacted them again later in the week deciding to switch to a Volkswagen. More
Nightmare Where to start. Service manager called after reading my 1st review and asked me to bring my car in to take another look at the headlights & turn signa Where to start. Service manager called after reading my 1st review and asked me to bring my car in to take another look at the headlights & turn signals kept burning out after several attempts to repair them. Somewhere along the lines I was told the connector WAS replaced on driver side. Come to find out when Midas looked at it....the connector was burnt! Dorschel did install a new bulb and bulb holder after my first review. This fixed it but then the driver side Fog Light went out (which I had never used them for 5 yrs I have had the car but had to when headlight was out). And then while in the body shop they noticed the passenger headlight was out, AGAIN. Car was taken from body shop to service where I then went to pick it up. When I started the car the check engine light was on! So it was pulled back in and they claim it has to do with the oil filter that was purchased and put in at another shop. They wanted to charge me for THEIR filter and oil to see if that fixed the check engine light. AND to top it all off....my electric starter wasn't working anymore!! They claimed I didn't get the starter through them and they had NEVER seen a device like the one installed. About 20 minutes later they bring an invoice out for the installation from when I bought the car! After being there for 4.5 hours my car was still not ready and I had to leave on foot to meet my ride. Dorschel is clearly not capable of fixing the problem. 8/18 Wish there was an option for -5 stars. My experience with Dorscel Kia and now recently Vision Kia, since I bought my Sorento new in 2013 has been a living nightmare. There is constantly something wrong with the car and they have not permanently fixed any of them and now that my warranty has expired I have been paying to have the SAME things "fixed". Worst part is that they have charged me for work they claimed they did but didn't. I have taken pictures of these things and filed a case with KIA headquarters. More

New Engine needed! Took My car in about a year and half ago, for a noise. The only way I could explain it was, the noise that a roller coaster makes going up the first h Took My car in about a year and half ago, for a noise. The only way I could explain it was, the noise that a roller coaster makes going up the first hill (chain clanking). After sitting in the dealership on my day off for about 3 hours, I was sent on my way to run premium unleaded and ad a gas additive to a little 4 Cy Kia RIo. So they are the trained professionals. So every tank of gas I put premium unleaded and a gas additive in. I was told after a while the noise would go away. !.5 years later the noise is still there. I have decided to take it in for a second opinion, so I did take it to a competitor. After an hour of them looking at it, I was told they needed more time. I drove away in a loaner and was called about 4 hours later that they where submitting paperwork to Kia for complete engine replacement. So 1.5 years later of putting $.40 more per gallon and a gas additive in every tank. I have answers. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I called to speak to service manager, left a voice mail and never got a call back. I called back and how ironic my information was right in front of him to call me. But then when I asked him if he had my number to call me back he said sure do, I asked him to confirm and he gave me a number to someone else. I gave my number again, and I still wait for a call back, he said he would talk to his boss and call me back. I am sure I will never hear again from him, and neither will they except for me to tell every to avoid them. I will also be calling the BBB. More
