I bought my 2009 Pontiac G6 from Patrick back in July of 2009. The sales rep I had was so nice and professional and was not pushy at all. I got a great deal on my brand new car and was so excited to have a brand new Pontiac before GM discontinued them. The "New Car Class" that was offered I took advantage of and had all of my questions about my car and the dealership answered, even the questions that I never knew that I had. About a month ago, my power driver side seat and rear passenger door lock broke. When I brought it into Patrick for service, they took the time to fix everything and get it under warrenty, (I had just passed 36,000 miles on my car). Then less than a week later I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended and I told the insurance company that I only wanted Patrick to do the repairs. Luckily, Patrick does body work for the insurance company I was using (MetLife), as well as my own (Allstate). I was able to have a rental ready for me when I dropped the car off to get it repaired. I was told that the repairs would be 3 days, and they were done in 2 1/2! When I picked up my car, the attention to detail was amazing! The car was completely clean inside and out and everything was tweeked. The car felt like the day I bought it! I had two big paint scratches on the driver side that were not even apart of the accident, and they were touched up too! I have never been treated with such respect and professionalism as I was with Patrick. I am a PROUD Patrick customer for life! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! More

I have leased 7 new vehicles from Patricks and had them all serviced there. They have always been courteous and friendly to me and have always given me good estimates of the cost of service and the estima all serviced there. My experience at Patrick Service Department has always been a great experience. First of all being a woman, its tough going into dealerships and being treated seriously and with dignity. Mario has always listened to my concerns, understood and executed repairs quickly. The results are satisfying. No returns for the same problem. Courtesy is a big factor and going the extra mile for the client seems to be the mission of Patrick and of Mario Maimone. Service on my car is always scheduled to my convenience and the car is always ready as promised in good working order and a car wash to boot! I recommend Patrick Service all the time. More
