Thank you for your candid review! We are dismayed that the information you described is more than a year and a half old, although I'm still glad you finally informed us. After reviewing the paperwork with our Financial Director, there was nothing indicating that we were to contact your own bank, so it's very hard to comment or help you on this point, although it appears that you already have this resolved. We also looked into the service concern, and found that it was not the door skin, although it was the inside door panel that became loose and after 2 attempts, our Service Manager John Tarplee stepped in and decided to buy a brand new one for you that was over $200 that we paid for. Since then and after conversations with John, he has told me that you are very satisfied. Please be assured that we are out to satisfy EVERY customer and that if something doesn't go right, please let us know by calling and asking for the Manager of that Department. As you know, all the information is available today on the internet regarding the 'cost and ideal purchase range' on a new vehicle, to 'trade-in values' on your vehicle, especially on the sites you mentioned. There really is not much else to share. Due to the fact that there are so many varibles that could affect those figures, I can see why that some feel as though they just don't know if they truly received the best deal.
