Thanks to Dave Sanza, the Patrick Service Department covered the full cost of replacing a rather expensive exhaust system on our '08 G6 that was no longer under warranty. when i purchased my GMC Envoy the salesman was the best part of the whole thing. after we talked prices over and it came time to do paperwork i asked them to finance it through my own bank.upon arrival to part of the whole thing. after we talked prices over and it came time to do paperwork i asked them to finance it through my own bank.upon arrival to sign papers the next day i was told my bank did not approve me so they got me financed with another bank.so three weeks later i went to my bank so see if they ever applied for the loan and was told there was no record of anyone trying to apply for a loan for me so we refinanced it there at half the interest rate from the first bank. Then three days after we got the vehicle the door skin on the driver door feel off the door! i took it in for service after driving it a week like that because that was the earliest they could get it ( i do understand that it can be busy at times)in they called me first thing in the morning and said they had to order parts and it would be another week so i said ok got there that afternoon and was told the mechanic fixed it. it was clearly still broken so after that point the service manager stepped in and just had a whole new door skin ordered at there own cost i did have to take it back for a water pump after that and they fixed it right up and took care of some other issues it had wrong with it.the service manager did take care of me thanks. john More

Rachel and the staff were able to get my car in within 24 hours, and the repair was finished the following day. Rachel was extremely friendly, helpful and the quality of work has top notch. Not only was the repair performed, but the car was detailed, both the interior and exterior. I'm extremely grateful that there are still dealers in the Rochester area that hold up such high standards in customer service, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are completely satisfied. I would recommend Patrick to anyone in the Rochester area who is in need of service work on their vehicle. More
After several visits for planned service we have been fully satisfied with all the work done. I feel we wait a reasonable time for the repair(s) or Service to be completed. I would not take our vehicle to any other location for service unless we are on a trip otherwise only Paticks for us. The repir hours are pretty good but some Saturday hours would be nice for the working folks, of which I am not longer. Waiting area is very plesant and clean as are the restrooms. More

Steve and Mario always write up the service quickly, correctly, and make sure that they check that their customers understand the work order. Typically, you receive a poker chip for a free cup of coffee, which is a nice perk. Steve and Mario will give a true estimate of completion time, and notify you immediatley if that time needs to be pushed out a bit. A prompt phone call is given when your vehicle is ready, which typically is paired with a quick free car wash. This dealership also makes followup phonecalls to ensure that your experience was good and that you have not had further problems with the vehicle. This dealership has been a real pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them. More
Price was reasonable but I felt it could have been better. The value of my trade in was low compared to Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book. Great dealership. I leased a Jeep from them a while back (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps sti (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps still, so I prefer to go to them with service than to other Jeep dealers in the area. They are helpful polite and professional. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
