This is a monthly email containing several coupons only valid for those who are siged up. Thank you for the candid review. After speaking with our Service Manager, we now understand that if your 'service' will take longer than 1 hour as you indicated, we will advise you upfront. We also reviewed your last 3 visits, and found that 2 of the 3 went beyond and hour but did not exceed the alloted time frame published in the labor time guide. Although waiting more than an hour can seem like a long time, our technician actually out performed industry standards. Were truly sorry for any inconvience and look forward to your return in April as you stated. Thank you again! Mark Pennella VP
