This is for two service visits. One I had a new catalytic converter put in and David worked real hard with the warranty company to cover it in full. He save me over $1000.00 that day. My more recent service was for the 60000 maintenance, oil change, and new windshield wipers. It was a rough morning for me that day and I dropped the car off before opening. I locked my purse and keys in the car and put my spare in the drop box. Steve was able to help me retrieve the keys out of the lock box before the store officially opened so that I could unlock my car to get my purse. I did get to work on time. I tell people at my work that Patrick Buick GMC is where I do service and I trust them. People are always friendly on the phone. They seem truly there to help you. The lady in the coffee area makes great breakfast sandwiches and coffee too. I don't see the mechanics but they are very respectful of my car and fix things the first time. Thank you! Barb Mihal More

Since my first visit for service, I have been impressed with the professionalism of Patrick's service staff. Vehicle was taken to the dealer for state inspection, rotate tires and lube, oil etc service. I had an appointment and I arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled. This service took almost two hours. Finally I saw my vehicle parked in the parking lot and went to the service manager and told him that my car was ready. This is my third such "lousy" service visit to this dealer. I think it may be my last. More
