This post has to do with the seminar held on April 11, 2012 at Patrick Buick for new owers. The fact that this Buick Dealership held such a seminar is to be applauded. It symbolizes their interest in satisfying the customer and trying to be of the greatest service to each individual. Due to the Spring Vacation week, some of the regular presenters were not able to be there for the seminar. However, everything went well and it was a positive experience. More

It has been a long time since I had bought an auto new or used from a dealer. When I went looking for a truck, I knew what I wanted, just wasn't sure if I was going to get new or used. I found what I was looking for. I have dealt with the service dept 3 times, I am very satisfied with the work and the people. I discovered a foreign object in my passenger side rear tire on a trip to Buffalo on Saturday, March 31st. I was unable to find a place the next day (Sunday)who had a tire that I needed for my car. I cal tire on a trip to Buffalo on Saturday, March 31st. I was unable to find a place the next day (Sunday)who had a tire that I needed for my car. I called Patrick Monday morning and they were able to get me in and replace the tire. I also found out that there had been a recall on my radiator surge tank and they were also able to replace that the same day. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Patrick over the years and will remain a loyal customer. Paula Rowlinson More
My daughter bought her 2009 poniac G-5 at patricks. From the day she bought the car to present day, I have never been so impressed with the service dept. I have been there several times with my daughter for inspections and other services. The personal have been very courteous and knowledgeable on explaining what needs to be done now and what needs to be done in the future. An employee that stood out had a first name of Mario with a last name that i think started with a M. I have been a long time faithful ford owner all my life ( 35 yrs. of buying fords ) but Im seriously considering switching to patricks. I had my 2006 Pontiac serviced at Patrick and after cashing out my wife and I looked around the the showroom. We spoke with a sales associate (Jeff Wright) who showed us several vehicles for our consi cashing out my wife and I looked around the the showroom. We spoke with a sales associate (Jeff Wright) who showed us several vehicles for our consideration, both used and new. My wife needed another vehicle so we agreed to lease a 2012 GMC Terrain. Mr. Wright was very kind, most attentive, and "NO" high pressure sales pitch. Mr. Wright most efficiently processed all the required paperwork and was able to arrange delivery to us the same evening so we wouldn't have to return the next day. The GMC sales manager (Tony)was very kind also. The facility was very clean and presented a most pleasant atmosphere. I would most certainly recommend Patrick to family and friends. More

My Service Advisor, Jeffrey Palm, takes the time to understand all of my concerns over my car. He explains, so I can understand, exactly what needs to be done and the pricing before any service is perf understand all of my concerns over my car. He explains, so I can understand, exactly what needs to be done and the pricing before any service is performed. He keeps me informed as to my cars progress throughout my visit. He goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I trust him and his team, that the work performed on my car will be done correctly. Because of this, I would not think of bringing my car in for service at any other place! I would definately recommend this dealership for service. More
