My wife called and talked to Rachel after she was struck by a deer on Friday, she asked when we would we be able to bring in our 2007 Buick. We dropped off the car on a Monday just before they closed, they called on Wednesday to update us. They called again on Friday of that same week and said the car was ready to be picked up, one week from the accident. Very nice. Thanks to all involved, except the deer. More

I am new to the area and I went to Patrick to have the oil changed in our 2011 GMC Terrain. The entire experience was phenomenal until I went to get in the car and saw the oily hand print on the chrome s oil changed in our 2011 GMC Terrain. The entire experience was phenomenal until I went to get in the car and saw the oily hand print on the chrome strip on the hood and steering wheel. I have 2 pet peeves when it comes to having my auto serviced and that is oily hand prints on the hood, door or steering wheel and dirty foot prints on the floor boards. I spend a lot of money to keep my cars clean and serviced and when I see the hand or foot prints, I feel that the service technician isn't as concerned about my vehicle as I am. For that I gave Patrick two 4's instead of all 5's. The people, the shop, the waiting area was unlike anything I had ever seen. It was fantastic, all but the hand prints. I would still recommend Patrick to anyone. More

They always fix my car correctly the first time. They check the car over completely and give me reccomendations.
