I have been a customer at Patrick Pontiac since about 2000. I bought a new 2004 Pontaic Grand Prix in June of 2003, then a new 2012 GMC Acadia in January 2012. I was very satisfied with the knowledgabl 2000. I bought a new 2004 Pontaic Grand Prix in June of 2003, then a new 2012 GMC Acadia in January 2012. I was very satisfied with the knowledgable sales staff. I have had those two vehicles, plus two Chevy Silvarados served there and have always been treated well - professionally, curtiously and in a timely fashion. I like that the dealerships runs new car seminars and has a large inventory. I highly recommend Partick to my everyone. More

my experience at patrick has always been great.. mario is the best service center consultant you have. everytime i have a problem with my car he always tells me to bring it in immediately & they'll fix it. i the best service center consultant you have. everytime i have a problem with my car he always tells me to bring it in immediately & they'll fix it. i just recently had a big problem & he had me bring it in & got it fixed in no time. mario is very polite, courtious, friendly & very professional at what he does. i feel comfortable when i get my car back that it is fixed right & i won't be back in because they didn't fix it right the first time. i have sent family & friends to patrick because of the service i get. it's great. will continue to have my service done with patrick. would be crazy to go anywhere else. love that you have the shuttle bus also. mario always comes back to let you know what's going on & how much longer it should be before your car is done. i am a VERY satisfied customer! patrick is number 1. 5 stars for mario.. Service very friendly , call me by my first name, and helpful . I also like the food section. I always eat there while I wait for my car.
