The staff at Patricks are very customer oriented. They are professional and friendly. I went for an oil change and my tire pressure light came on on the way to the dealer. They checked my tires and found are professional and friendly. I went for an oil change and my tire pressure light came on on the way to the dealer. They checked my tires and found that I needed new tires as the tread on mine was very bad. They worked with me and explained everything to me and did not pressure me to buy the tires that day. But I decided that I would get them replaced while I was there. They worked with me to get the best deal and even managed to get me a small discount. More

I am always greeted quickly after driving in. The employees writing up the work to be done are always helpful. I had scheduled service last Tuesday which went well (routine oil change and tire rotation). I asked Jeff (the one closest to the door), what he would buy in a year, if he wanted an SUV that Patrick off (routine oil change and tire rotation). I asked Jeff (the one closest to the door), what he would buy in a year, if he wanted an SUV that Patrick offered, because I love your service department and waiting area. He immediately recommended the GMC Terrain, which I will test drive the next time I have an appointment (and schedule an appointment later than my usual "first thing", so I can test drive). I have never thought about a car purchase a year ahead of time. I have driven a Jeep since 1995. Walking away from Jeep is not easy, but it seems that the local Jeep dealers do not have nice places to wait for service, which Patrick has. There is also much to be said for service people that I trust. After 7 years, I feel at home at Patrick. The next morning, I took a friend to the airport and when I got back up on 390, a truck immediately threw a stone on my windshield, creating a starburst. I headed straight to Patrick because I trust the guys at the desk, after 7 years of having my Jeep serviced there. When I walked in, Jeff said "What did I forget?". I said "Nothing, my windshield has just been hit by a stone.". He came right out and told me what to do (I had never had a stone hit my windshield). He told me to call my insurance company and tell them to use Genesee. Genesee was out at my house less than 24 hours later! Great advice by Jeff! He even offered space at Patrick if we needed it. We didn't need it given the good weather, but in the winter that might have been very useful. In the meantime, I was on e-mail with a local supplier of mine (who directed me to Patrick when Becker dropped Jeep, when I needed to purchase a new Jeep, because they got their Jeeps from Patrick) and we had quite an e-mail conversation. We both have had very positive "conversations" about Patrick and negative about other places we tried when Chrysler/Jeep dropped Patrick. Assuming my test drive of the Terrain goes well (which largely means that the driver's seat fits my back and the ride is not too truck-like), I will be sending a letter to you affirming this and a letter to Chrysler/Jeep telling them that they made a big mistake dropping you all. Just as an FYI - my first career was as a mechanical engineer, and I am the daughter of and cousin of automotive engineers from Detroit. I didn't go automotive, but it is in my blood.
