Jeff came out to see me in the waiting area about half way through my appointment to inform me about the status of the work. We brought our 2011 Buick Enclave in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked our service representative, Jeff, to check the power steering belt due to a slight squealing noise. A leak in the power fluid and metal shavings indicated that the entire power steering unit needed to be replaced (under warranty, thank God.) Jeff arranged for a rental and had the car ready for us the next morning. This is my first Patrick experience, both in purchase and service, and I have been impressed by the professionalism involved with everyone I have dealt with. I will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. More

This was my first experience with Patrick and it was great. I've bought a number of new cars in my life and this experience was very good for me. It was something I've never had an opportunity to do before and it was great to learn what is available at the dealership by all the personnel who work there. Lets face it when our car needs service the last thing you want to deal with is a long wait without your car to get the needed work done. I have brought my trucks to patricks numerous times for various repairs. From simple oil changes and minor service work to more involved mechanical issues and they have always exceeded my expectations. The timely manner they get me out of there when dropping off vehicle to giving an accurate timeline on when things will be accomplished. My experience with other dealerships on service is they give you false info when things can get done and that puts me in bad spot because I rely on my trucks for work. I recommend patricks to family and friends if they need service or a new vehicle. A+ dealership More
I have had great service here, they reccomend services that I need and the price they charge is very good. My car has always been fixed correctly the first time. The work they have performe on my Pontiac is so good that i take my sons Chevy to be serviced there as well. Plus they have a great shuttle service - and everyone at the dealership is very friendly. I took my 2010 Buick Lucerne in on Wednesday 3/4/13 for the 30k service and I explained that I heard a noise in the steering. They completed the 30k service and then checked out the steering problem. It was difficult because it didn't always sound loud. They were very persistant and determined that the steering rack needee to be replaced. I took the car back on Wednesday 3/6/13 to have that work done and upon completion they test drove the vehicle and found that the computer indicated that there was signal. It took a lot of dedication to get a duplicate signal but it finally paid off. After trial after trial they finally received several other false signals which indicated a faulty computer. They replaced the computer and performed the needed test to confirm the problem was solved. I'm sooooo!! thankful for this crew having the stick-to-itiveness, the dedication and the persistance to find the problem and fix it. ( WAY TO GO GUYS ) THANKS AGAIN. More
