Steve was very polite and courteous. He waited on me quickly and notified me when the work was complete. I had an oil change, wheel rotation and NYS inspection done. They made me comfortable while waiting by providing newspapers, a TV, coffee and donuts. The only suggestion I have is that they don't currently put a oil reminder sticker on the windshield. They suggest you use the oil life reminder in the car's system. Steve did give me a sticker after I asked. As usual I was completely satisfied with Patrick's service. More
The last service visit I had was for an oil change and a rubbing sound that was very annoying.The service writer,steve noted the issue for the tech.they also check the liftgate as I thought it was locking t rubbing sound that was very annoying.The service writer,steve noted the issue for the tech.they also check the liftgate as I thought it was locking too hard.They informed me that the liftgate was operating properly. they also took care of the rubbing sound as a clip was broken and was rubbing to make the noise.when I arrived I was immediately greeted by steve and had the order written.As always he (and everyone else)was polite, friendly and courteous.I enjoy taking my car to Patrick because of the great service and speaking with the employees. We've purchased 7 vehicles from Patrick. The customer service after the sale is what keeps us coming back. One of the heat shields was loose....rattling and banging - I called, Jeff told me to bring it in the next morning and they would get me in and out.....and they did:) I bought my Vibe from Patrick in 2004 - I called, Jeff told me to bring it in the next morning and they would get me in and out.....and they did:) I bought my Vibe from Patrick in 2004 (new) I have always brought my car to Patrick for service, preventive service, and NYS inspections with the exception of a few oil changes Patrick Service is the only place that has done work on my car. They have always been honest with me on what they did and I never ever had to question their ethics as the Service Advisors and the Technical Mechanics are the 'Best'. Thank you Patrick Service Dept. I am not happy with this turn of events, but Patrick with very little persuasion has been working diligently to rectify this problem. At this very moment the vehicle is sitting on a rack in the shop with the Transmission out and I have been given a rental. This is the second time that a rental was offered - and at Patrick's expense - it is appreciated. They are trying to make things right - and that is what is important. I am not happy with this turn of events and the trips that I have had to make over to the dealer but it is what is is. They have not abandoned me. They are working on a problem with no vehicle error codes and fixing it old fashioned way. My hat is off to them at present. Stay tuned folks for the next episode in this saga, (more to come) and a happy conclusion - hopefully. Paladon More

Mario has always been helpful and complete. Whenever there was a problem he presented what needed to be done in an honest and friendly way. The entire sales experience was fantastic. Gary was very knowledgable and took a lot of time to explain other vehicle options that may better fit our needs. It was evident he was looking out for the customer's needs, not his commission on the sale. We walked in thinking we would be purchasing a Yukon Denali and ended up going with Gary's recommendation a new 2014 GMC Acadia Denali. If Gary was only concerned about enhancing his commission on the sale he would have encouraged us to stick with our original choice that retailed for around $10,000 more. This is just one example of the integraty of everyone that works at Patrick. They make their customers feel like they are part of the Patrick family and make the customer always feel like they are valued. It's the reason why this is the 7th vehicle we have purchased from Patrick, we would never go anywhere else! The service after the sale is just as fantastic as the sales experience. More
