We have just leased a 2016 Buick Regal and I can't even start to tell you the tremendous lengths Chip and the finance department wen to to get me a pa We have just leased a 2016 Buick Regal and I can't even start to tell you the tremendous lengths Chip and the finance department wen to to get me a payment I could live with. On one occasion Chip even came in on his day off to help with me. I have never been so well treated by any other dealership. This is not even mentioning how impressed and pleased I am with their service department. They are upfront regarding what needs to be done, the price and the time needed to do the job right the first time. Beautiful waiting area with donuts and snacks, great coffee and complimentary USA Today newspapers. I could go on and on and on but see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. More
new tires & oil change i had an appointment dec.1,2015. when i got there jeff p. told me that mario wasn't going to be in today, he had a family emergency. well that's when i had an appointment dec.1,2015. when i got there jeff p. told me that mario wasn't going to be in today, he had a family emergency. well that's when things went downhill for me. jeff was very rude & disrespectful to me. finally i told him that i would call another day when mario was there and reschedule my appointment to have my car worked on. i did. got it rescheduled for dec.9,2015. had no problems when i took it back to have mario fix it. mario works with me knowing i have a 2 and a half hour time frame. he gets me in and out as soon as possible so i can get back to work and not be late. he is very respectful, is professional and i always get 100% satisfaction when i deal with mario. that's why i won't deal with anyone but mario. mario thank you for what you do for me. it is greatly appreciated. another 10 stars for mario. a very satisfied customer of mario's. candy b. The sales staff were informative and helpful. Our interactions with everyone else were great. All our questions were answered and appropriate options discussed. We were able to make an intelligent choice and get the vehicle that matched our needs. Once we had decided the remainder of the process went smoothly and on the schedule we needed. Everyone made sure we new what needed to be done and took great pains to perform professionally and courteously. More

I waited for the vehicle and said to Steve that my drivers outside mirror didnt seem to defrost very good. (2012 Buick Lacrosse AWD. He had it checked and found it was inopp. Ordered a new glass and had it installed the next day. I'm Impressed with the Service and prrofessionalism. I'm sure to tell my friends about the fine service. More
