As a follow up to my review dated June 17, 2016 I want to comment that I did hear from Service Manager John Tarplee at Patrick Buick who was very concerned with my dissatisfaction in the service performed and offered to me that the service be done over to meet my satisfaction. After much discussion with John I did agree to take the car back for a "redo" of the doll up service on July 7, 2016 and want to report that the service performed was excellent and met my complete satisfaction. The staff was very pleasant to work with and John was very congenial and assured me the job would be done correct and to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Patrick Buick for my service needs and encourage others to allow the opportunity to Patrick for all your service needs. Once again, thanks to John and his staff at Patrick for a job well done and restoring my confidence level in the service department. Roger

Thank you for your response and business with our service center. The vehicle was reconditioned as a Certified vehicle using the exact same steps that we would normally complete. Instead of it being 'GM Certified', Patrick (not GM) purchased a GM extended service contract along with providing the same scheduled maintenance coverages. After speaking with you on 2/22/16 I sincerely apologize. I totally agree that you did everything possible to be assured of the offer we were promoting by calling us in advance. It appears as though Jonathan explained the offer although failed/forgot to tell you about 'for non-GM lessees' advertised in the radio ad that you needed to have in order to qualify for the extra incentives to keep the payment as advertised. I will be having a meeting with him today to ensure this doesn't happen again as this is certainly not our policy. Although he's brand new to our company, he'll need to understand the importance of having all the correct facts before a conversation starts with one of our clients. You and I both agreed that we believe he's a good person and made a mistake. As stated in our conversation, if you would like to give us a second opportunity, I would like you to call me directly and I'll personally be involved. The tire repair was much more involved than normal due to the nail and refinishing the edges of the rim so we could create a tight sealed finish so the tire would adhere properly.
