The car was not washed clean, the windows and mirrors were streaked and not clean, the interior was not cleaned to my expectation, and the carpets were soaking wet with soap still in them which led to a hard white residue on the top of then when they finally dried two days later. Console, trunk and other storage areas in car were not vacuumed clean, in fact were not even dusted; they were in the same condition as when car was delivered for service. In closing I would recommend the mechanical service to others but will definitely not give high compliments to the detail shop for their work, it is mediocre at best. More

It seemed reasonable based on the appearance and mileage of the car. i.e. very nice. After closing the deal, I was notified that they could not certify the car. (not clear why). As it turned out GM and Patrick arranged a one-year insurance policy and two oil changes with tire rotation from the dealership. But...I still owned a non-certified vehicle. (not good!) However...my service experience has been excellent so far. Mr. Steve Gordon (service advisor) has been a pleasure to work with. More

Always efficient and courteous and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of.... I'm not a car person...just want to turn the key and go. I feel comfortable and confident when buying or servicing my vehicle at Patrick. More

Our sales associate Johnathan Collister, was very polite and extremely knowledgeable from the mechanicals to the electronics. He sat and took time to help us with the On-star and sync all of our electronics. Before we left he took on a tour of the dealership to introduce us to all departments we might need in the future. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle or recommend to friends and family Johnathan Collister as a salesperson or Patrick GMC as a dealer. very happy with our experience. More

Knock your socks off service and craftsmanship My vehicle was rear-ended in a recent snow storm and, based on my purchasing experience with Patrick GMC I advised my insurance carrier at the outset My vehicle was rear-ended in a recent snow storm and, based on my purchasing experience with Patrick GMC I advised my insurance carrier at the outset that I would be taking my vehicle to Patrick collision for repairs. I did not consider any other location and was well served by my decision. From the moment I walked into the collision center I felt like I belonged there. Mark and Chelsea genuinely welcomed me and my wife. Mark reviewed the appraiser’s damage report, determined how quickly he could have the parts then asked me what date was best for me. While he was very accommodating, I selected the first date available. My insurance agent told me to call their office once I determined a repair date and they would arrange a rental. Chelsea said she would be happy to do this for me immediately and added they have an Enterprise satellite office on premises. She and I discussed this and rather than give me directions to the satellite office, she insisted on escorting my wife and I there, made the introductions and statement of needs to the Enterprise rep. When I left I had nothing else to do – they did it all! A couple days later I received a call from them and was advised the repair was going smoothly and given the date to pick up my vehicle. When I drove the rental back to their collision center I noticed my vehicle parked outside and it looked very clean. I had intended to go to a car wash on the return home and never expected the vehicle would be washed for minor rear-end repairs. My wife, dog and I were welcomed back by Mark and Chelsea and we finished the business transaction with ease. Mark and Chelsea are pet friendly and I know my dog enjoyed interacting with them as well. When I went to get my vehicle I could not help but notice how shinny it was and assumed that was due to the bright sunshine. As soon as I opened the door I saw a protective paper mat on the driver’s side floor and felt appreciative care was exercised with my car. As I moved to be seated I quickly became aware the entire interior had been cleaned. All windows, seats, dash, carpets, etc., shined. When I removed the paper mat I realized they had also washed my winter floor mats as the salt stains were removed. I exited to return to the shop to extend my appreciation and noticed tire dressing was applied to each tire. My car looked showroom ready! Who does that? Once inside the office I offered my amazement and genuine appreciation for the incredible care and customer service I received. Truly, they know how to exceed customer expectations. They seemed somewhat humbled by the gratitude, offering this is the way Patrick does business and the customer experience is important to everyone in the company. I trust Patrick’s senior executive will extend my deepest appreciation to the entire collision team for a job very, very well done. More

I had a 30 minute drive into the dealership so I wanted to make sure I had all the correct information from the sales person before driving in. Naturally, after we went for a test drive and went through selection and wasting three hours of my day, did he decide to tell me about additional conditions surrounding my purchase. I was furious!!! I'm in my mid-forties and father of three children. I've purchased several vehicles through the years and have never been treated in such a disrespectful way. I did not purchase a vehicle from Patrick and never will. This is purely a reflection of how Patrick trains their sales people and how they take advantage of customers. It is very clear the instructions are handed from the top down within the organization. More

This time, I have to say I was surprised, at being kept waiting from 7:30 till almost 9:00, as I was first in the door... but I don't really know how long it "ought to " take to find and fix a problem with a tire rim, so no real complaint. Mario kept me informed and I was on my way with a safe reliable car. More
