I would have like to have know that my vehicle was ready. I was there for 2 hrs just for an oil change. Plus my vehicle was finished and was not aware because service adviser left for the day without letting I was there for 2 hrs just for an oil change. Plus my vehicle was finished and was not aware because service adviser left for the day without letting advisers know about me waiting. It wasn’t until I went to check on it and saw my work order on his desk and asked if my vehicle was ready with another adviser. That adviser went outside and then found my vehicle parked and waiting for me. I don’t know how long it was there while I was waiting. Very disappointed with the communications. More

Went to get oil and filter change done. And other maintenance and repairs. When we got home we found out that the oil and filter change was not changed. Oil was black and filter was not r And other maintenance and repairs. When we got home we found out that the oil and filter change was not changed. Oil was black and filter was not replaced. Went and bought our own oil and filter and did the oil and filter change at home after I paid the dealership. Called service advisor and he said that he contacted the mechanic that the oil and filter change was done. It was not done. Absolutely disappointed from that dealership What is wrong with that dealership??????? Spend over $2300.00 and that how I get treated????????????? Lousy business practices More
