Don't buy from Preston Hood Chevrolet, Biloxi, MS. I bought a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and my son bought a brand new 2016 Car (can't remember what type). When we signed our bill of sales pap I bought a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and my son bought a brand new 2016 Car (can't remember what type). When we signed our bill of sales paperwork, we were told we wold have two free maintenance days. When we tried to have our tires rotated after only 15K miles, we were told they couldn't be rotated because they had to many miles on them. This is not the first time we had difficulty with the service department. Preston Hood's service department sucks!!!! It's better in the long run to purchase your vehicle from another Chevrolet Dealership. More
