Dropped truck of and they said it was the ecm for electric steering then it was ecm for abs, oh its ready come get it so I did and it was not completed job. The personal and workers were extremely nice and helpful. Thought the price was a little high for what was done but I feel it was a good price because I believe in Chevrolet being fair to its customers. I would have like to have know that my vehicle was ready. I was there for 2 hrs just for an oil change. Plus my vehicle was finished and was not aware because service adviser left for the day without letting I was there for 2 hrs just for an oil change. Plus my vehicle was finished and was not aware because service adviser left for the day without letting advisers know about me waiting. It wasn’t until I went to check on it and saw my work order on his desk and asked if my vehicle was ready with another adviser. That adviser went outside and then found my vehicle parked and waiting for me. I don’t know how long it was there while I was waiting. Very disappointed with the communications. More
