Good experience except for Service Dept's appt screw up. My Fiat 500C 2012 is always serviced at this location. It always go smoothly, This time, Tom took care of me. Excellent customer service! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the appt issue. I'll be back again when needed. More

Once I got there they told me "sorry" they wouldn't honor the advertised price because the price was already "so low." I started to leave and of course they pulled me back in by offering even more of a discount then was advertised. No haggle pricing is a myth at this dealer. The sales guy was apologetic and I did purchase the vehicle. But cmon man. My advice is stick to your price no matter what they tell you. Too much fork tongue going here for my taste. More

Now, Kurt Anderson, the GM says he cannot get me a key and has no answer why. He and Pablo the Parts Manager have been so rude to me regarding the replacement and have gone back on everything they previously stated they could do for me, providing no alternate solutions. I have been car-less for 6 weeks, no offer of a rental while they figure out a solution, no follow up to let me know what is going on, I constantly had to chase them down for answers only to be met with hostility and cluelessness. Now, after 6 weeks, they have basically said there is nothing they can do and I should try somewhere else. Don't waste your time coming here, there is better customer service, communication, and honesty other places. More

Bob Baker - I suggest you hire management that understands how to maintain customer loyalty and the longevity of the business, as the team you have now will single handily destroy your business if something isn't done about this. Do your homework Perhaps the worst dealer I have ever experienced in 29 years of buying cars. Had a 2015 Chrysler 300 Hemi that I traded in last Nov for a 2018 Fiat 12 Perhaps the worst dealer I have ever experienced in 29 years of buying cars. Had a 2015 Chrysler 300 Hemi that I traded in last Nov for a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. Problems started as the deal was accepted and my 300 was quickly sold on their lot within a couple of days, the problem is they didn’t handle the payoff correctly. I started to receive late payment calls and started getting the run around. In the end I was promised my credit score of 804 was not going to be impacted. Unfortunately, I received notice from the Credit Alerts that indeed 2 month late payment showed on all 3 bureaus, kicking me down to 670 score. I finally was able to dispute and sort out, as much time and aggravation, in May 2018 this was solved. Complaining to my sales person Linda did nothing.. Shockinly received an email later that I may be interested in the new Stelvios they have. SMH... Now fast forward to dealing with their service. I have made 2 appointments now for initial service and a non functioning passenger right mirror and engine idle issues. Both appointments made well in advance. Upon getting there, a very mismanaged way of customer intake plagues this place. I am literally sitting on the main road waiting for cars to move through the service line? Today was the last straw dealing with this business that clearly has poor reviews for a reason. Once again, appointment set for 9:00am. Arrived early only to sit for 20 min to find a parking space before I could get checked in. Seriously? Then going into the service department, all the guys are doing is complaining they have way too many cars and not enough help. Do something about it! Who’s running this joint? Finally someone intakes the car, but standing in front of Tom the advisor huffing and puffing, no greeting or even I will be with you in a moment. So I see my car has an assigned job number on the dash, and look inside that my keys are there and left. What a waste of time driving 30 min each way 2 times now for nothing. Well Bob.. I am done with your Mickey Mouse dealership. I can’t even imagine people who spend $50/$60k on Jeeps for this level of serivce. Our other vehicle is a Lexus and serviced at Lexus of Encodnido. A brilliant service department and intake process. Perhaps Bob’s team can go there for some badly needed training. Lastly one of the more recent reviews and 5 stars is from the manager. How is that even ethical? More

Not their "customer" unless you're actively spending $$$ I tried to return my leased Fiat 500e to Bob Baker since it is the closest Fiat dealer to my house (and Chrysler Capital (Lessor) told me to contract I tried to return my leased Fiat 500e to Bob Baker since it is the closest Fiat dealer to my house (and Chrysler Capital (Lessor) told me to contract Bob Baker to arrange to return the car), but they flat out refused to accept it. They said they already had too many Fiats coming off leases and they were only accepting lease returns from their customers. I've taken my Fiat there for service, but I guess what they mean by "customer" is someone willing to buy or lease another Fiat from them while returning the leased car. Everyone knows car dealers are only nice to you when you're spending money but I've never heard of one that refused to accept a lease return. Needless to say, I would never consider buying or leasing any car from the Bob Baker dealerships. Too bad for them because we were also going to upgrade our Jeep this year but we definitely will NOT be shopping at Bob Baker Jeep for that deal. More
