They also tried to charge me $400.00 for standard equipment that was included with the car as an extra charge. The state DMV inspectors are handling that since we have proof of the dealer employee committing this Fraud. in our Opinion BUYER BEWARE stay away from Bob Baker dealerships. More

When we arrived to the dealership, he made me and my wife feel extremely comfortable the entire time. We actually joked that it barely felt like we bought a car; that's how easy the whole process was from start to finish. Just a great experience all around. actually this is our 2nd review. the first one was last summer when we bought our FIAT, after 6 months, it wouldn't start (for 2 months) they finally agreed to replace it, according to lemon laws. Bob Baker, who we gave $19,500 to, said we have to contact Chrysler. That was a huge lot of time, back and forth calls, never the same person. Eventually they agreed the car was a LEMON, but made us pay for their mistake, even after the sales manager said we shouldn't have to pay for the taxes we just paid. When we ended up paying almost $1000 extra, I was upset, he acted like I had a bad attitude :( HELLO! I really don't blame the service dept,, they seemed to try to solve, but the sales mngr /dealer of FIAT, and Chrysler (their owner) should have said, WOW, u have suffered for 3 months, hauling this broken car we built back and forth from ur hs to the dealer, maybe we shouldn't charge u for driving this! maybe we should instead apologize for all the time u wasted with us! I guess NOT, cause ALL WE GOT WAS A HUGE BILL! MY other option after 3 months they said was hire an attorney. I still truly love my fiat, but no one should be treated that badly! BTW, the Replacement cost the "impartial serviced group" offered was $20,700, so we assumed that would work out, even maybe a few $$$ in our pocket, but Bob Baker made sure we ended up owing them $924 extra. That's why I feel so bitter! We not only had a bad experience for 3 months with a broken down new car, but they ripped us off in the replacement! More
