Terrible, worst purchasing a car experance because of I was Bob Baker fait Carlsbad say they value integrity. I did not find this to be true. I found the sales group to be unable to give the correct information about the 2016 Fait electric car. I would not encourage any one to buy from there. Inot 2016 I was looking around for a new car. I stopped by Bob Baker Fait Carlsbad. Salesman ask. Have you considered an electric car.I told him I know nothing about an electric car. My first mistake. I said I would never lease a car because of the ware and tare charge at the end of the lease.Salesman said, Fait has a special return policy of 370 dollars. That's is it. Wrong, Turn in only is 370 dollars plus 870 dollars vehicle protection. (Which is explained to me as ware protection and tires are covered. Turn cost is 1265 dollars. Next I asked what about the warranty on the tires. Salesman said, OH Fait put good tires on their cars. The tires will last much longer than the lease. Wrong, The tires that were placed on the car have no mileage warranty from tire company because the car is electric. Fait must have knowing placed these unsafe tires on the car. Tires were unsafe to drive on before 10000 miles. Next I asked about charging time. Was told you can charge your car on 120v in 4 to 5 hours. Wrong 240v are need to charge in 4 hours. Fait did give me a 240v charger, but I had to put a 240v out let which cost 350 dollars. Next told Salesman need car payment under 100 dollars. He said I can do that. Wrong. My monthly payment are 135 dollars. Salesman said to get the rebates I need to quick .He spent most of the time talking about how to get the rebates by going on three computer to each site. By than I was was very confused and all this information was going around in my mind. Each time I found out the car was misresponded to me I called Fait. The General Manger has told me. If the salesman mislead you did sign the sales agreementioned. It is up to the customer to find the correct information. I told him I signed the contract because of the information from your salesperson. Which I can not prove. I took notes but I did not have him sign the notes. I wanted something done about the unsafe tires. I called Fait about the tires and I spoke to a salesperson. He looked on the computer and told me the tires were covered on the protect contract he transfered me to their service department. Seems another Salesman gave me the wrong information. The tires were 600 dollars. The General Manger said we can not come to agreement, so have a nice day and he hung up on me. I wonder if these men would do this to their single over seventy year old grandmother. Old age does not mean you can mislead and mis respect a car just to sell It? This has been the worst car purchase experience. This car may to the death of me. How much can a person endure? More

Worst Customer Service from the Service Department It is nearly impossible to talk to someone in the service department. The first time I tried to make an apointment here it took me an entire week. I called at different times throughout the day and on different days of the week but nothing mattered, I was unable to speak with anyone. I also tried leaving messages, which were never returned. When I FINALLY got to speak with some one I let them know I needed a replacement part for my car as well as an oil change. They told me that they would call me when the part came in so that I could schedule an appointment...guess what...that call never came. After waiting a week for their call I tried calling again with the same problem. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone or returns messages!! When I got lucky and spoke to someone I was told they had never ordered the part for my car and I would have to wait again. Unfortunatley, something else decided to break on my car and I had to call them again with the same results, exactly. I called for a week and a half, finally able to get lucky one day, was told the part would be ordered and they would call me, but of course they never did, and when I called back the part was never ordered and I had to wait even longer. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! They need to get a receptionist to answer the phone and return their calls because they don't do it themselves. Additionally, If you finally get an appointment and speak with someone good luck while you are there. It took them two hours to do an oil change on my car. While waiting I had the pleasure of listening to one of their employees talk to someone on their cell phone from the bathroom stating that they were "haing out in the bathroom because it was too early to be working." Great to know it took two hours to get my car back because their employees just sit in the bathroom. This dealership is the closest to my house, unfortunately, but I will not be going back. I will have to drive to San Diego or Orange County for service, hopefully they are better. More
