Natalie from finance assisted us due to the sales staff being busy, then a salesman named Jason joined in near the end of the deal when he was free. We couldn’t have been happier with how Natalie and Jason handled our sale. They were absolutely fantastic. Initially I had a couple of issues regarding the service department but once the service manager returned from vacation, all has been well. Mr Jeff Shaw assisted me quickly and professionally during one issue in particular, and the issue was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. Overall, we feel Billingsley is a reputable dealership with some truly outstanding employees, especially the ones listed above.
