Thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion on your recent service. We regret that the repairs to the vehicle did not go as planned and unfortunately an engine with over 200,000 miles can be unpredictable. Our service team worked diligently to correct any defects while maintaining a low cost. We were able to get Hyundai's backing to replace the engine, at no part cost to you, and splitting the labor cost with us. After engine replacement, the vehicle was driven 66 miles without any issues and parked until it was able to be picked up. We are truly sorry you experienced issues on your trip home. I apologize on behalf of everyone here at Billingsley Hyundai. We are committed to use this experience as a way to improve.
