The one issue I have is with the salesman we first worked with, Chris Cates. He did not follow-up with some things he said he would do and he wasn't even at work on the days he told us he would be there so others had to assist me with things I had set up with Chris to do. Although I would gladly shop with Billingsley and have all my service work done there, I would like to see better sales person than Chris. Two other men assisted me on the two trips back Zacary Cornish and Don Kirkpatrick. They were very helpful. More
