Wrong ,show him better price offered by other dealer and change his words , state he can beat it. ??? We've been dealing with this dealership since 1972, beginning with the purchase our sadly-missed Pontiac. From that time on, to the present day ownership of our 8th Subaru, Bill Rapp has always been consistent with fair prices, extreme courtesy and great customer service. It's so comforting to enjoy a stress-free vehicle purchase, without having to experience the attitude of an over-zealous sales rep, whose only concern is to make the sale and move on to the next customer. The sales persons at Rapp have always adhered to our budget and do everything in their power to provide a fair price, along with researching the best financing available to us. Their customer service after the sale, has always been second-to-none and they're never to busy to answer questions about any vehice service issues that we've ever experienced. In addition to all of the above, the entire dealership environment is consistently clean and pleasureful to view - and we're always treated like family. More

Jesse helped me with the financial details. He was also very thorough and answered questions I had. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional! This was the first Subaru I have bought from Bill Rapp, but they serviced my last Subaru, the one I just gave up 😕 and I was always well taken care of! We traveled A LOT of miles! Thank you Frank, Jesse and the many Rapp employees I met~ see you again! More

I thought that was weird as I was offering to buy a 2 year old car that is only listed $1,200 below a new vehicle with all the same options at their own dealership. i decide to look elsewhere. I find another dealership with an identical vehicle and start negotiating with them. I decide to reach out to Krystal again and ask “how far apart are we?” She replies with the list price again. Either there is zero room for negotiation or Krystal has no clue how the car buying process works. Waste of time. Buy elsewhere as you’ll only be overcharged here. More
Horrible! They lied about things my car needed, they were rude from the moment I pulled in.Don't make plans for the day if you want service done, I was told an amount of time, it took twice that. I called to check on it after the time had passed and was told "well we were working on someone else's car, then we went to lunch, now were just getting back and we will get to it", really? Also, they are WAY overpriced. a 10.00 part and two minute labor job is $60. Worst of all, they seem like it is okay and all my fault. I had places to be, I didn't plan on needing another 3 hrs and being treated like xxxx. I will never go back. More
