Again, this car dealer is the most honest auto service that I always go to and I recommend to every one that read my review. Even though they gave me an oil change for free of $80 worth, they still gave m that I always go to and I recommend to every one that read my review. Even though they gave me an oil change for free of $80 worth, they still gave me another $10 discount. I highly recommend them. The sales person was Nicole and was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much and see you at my next apt. More

Customer service is very good. Al, the agent who helped me, is exceptional. I arrived promptly at 7:30 for NYS vehicle inspection. After more than two hours, I was told that my car Al, the agent who helped me, is exceptional. I arrived promptly at 7:30 for NYS vehicle inspection. After more than two hours, I was told that my car passed inspection BUT that it needed a AC filter, rear window wiper, and an oil change, which I agreed to, ONLY because I was told it would take about 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I asked Al what was up. He apologized, said it was ready & did not charge me for the oil change. Three and a half hours! What really puzzles me is this: why wait until service is "completed" & then suggest additional jobs to be done? Why can't repair service communicate more efficiently with customer service so that nice guys like Al don't have to apologize for the lack of efficient time management? More
