Dream Team at Bill Kolb Jr! (Danielle Aceto on the service desk, Chris - Technician, Alan Bass - Service Director) I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester in because I had a te (Danielle Aceto on the service desk, Chris - Technician, Alan Bass - Service Director) I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester in because I had a terrible noise, shaking from the right front wheel. The technician Chris quickly identified the problem, sent a video showing clearly how the wheel bearing was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He continued on the video to show all the other parts of the car, complimenting the condition and pointing out anything to keep an eye on. He also told me that I would need an alignment after the new bearing was installed. Danielle on the service desk called me to go over the work and to talk about the price. Wheel bearings are expensive but in line with main dealerships. The work was done quickly. When I picked up the car I felt like the alignment was very slightly off, so I turned back to speak with Danielle and the tech. Within a few minutes Chris agreed it was slightly off, kindly took the time to explain to me how the alignment is done, why it was slightly off, made the adjustment apologized and I left very happy. It's so refreshing to do business with people that really care about their work and believe in customer service. I can't recommend Bill Kolb Jr enough. More
