This dealership has been great to my wife and I since day 1. They give us calls on deals we are eligible for and are always trying to do what best for their customer. It was a very busy day, and we were kept waiting for a sales person for 30 minutes. Once Ross came over and started talking, that waiting time was forgiven. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to a great rate on my new Legacy, their customer service is fantastic. I initially choose an interior color I thought would be "special". When I went to pick up my new car, I realized my customer service is fantastic. I initially choose an interior color I thought would be "special". When I went to pick up my new car, I realized my choice was not so "special"I . Seeing my disapointment Sam immediately offered to have the interior changed. Two days later I brought my new car back to them, they drove me back to work, and within a few hours I was presented with the beautiful new car I was looking forward to. Trying to please the customer is what business' are supposed to do, but most often don't -Bravo to Sam and Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. You have a customer for life!! More

I was in the market for a slightly used Subaru at a good price. Unfortunately, my home state of RI had little to offer. My brother lives in W. He understood my budget constraints and was very candid in his approach and options available. He was informative, candid, and managed to address our needs. The manager was also helpful when I noticed a minor discrepency in the final paper work--it was changed without any issue! Mind you, it was a minor one but like many I live on a budget. I LEFT A PROUD OWNER OF A 2013 FULLY LOADED OUTBACK with a complimentary cargo net!! I highly reommend Howard as a sales agent and this dealership. More
