I was in the market for a slightly used Subaru at a good price. Unfortunately, my home state of RI had little to offer. My brother lives in W. Nyack,NY and had recently purchased a Subaru Outback from your price. Unfortunately, my home state of RI had little to offer. My brother lives in W. Nyack,NY and had recently purchased a Subaru Outback from your dealership.He encouraged me to come to NY and look at vehicles. I drove up yesterday and we spent the day at your dealership. We started the day off with Sonny who showed us many vehicles. We left for lunch and returned to finalize the deal. Sonny was busy with other customers so Howard took over, concluding the purchase. I would like to say that I had a new car buying experience at Bill Kolb and it was very good. My salesperson Gary Mendelsohn and the business manager Paul Spiegel were excellent to work with and bo experience at Bill Kolb and it was very good. The overall process of purchasing was very good,if there was a concern,Bill Kolb took care of the concern. There are many Subaru dealers around but I think the best is Bill Kolb and would recommend anyone interested to stop in to this fine dealership. More

He understood my budget constraints and was very candid in his approach and options available. He was informative, candid, and managed to address our needs. The manager was also helpful when I noticed a minor discrepency in the final paper work--it was changed without any issue! Mind you, it was a minor one but like many I live on a budget. I LEFT A PROUD OWNER OF A 2013 FULLY LOADED OUTBACK with a complimentary cargo net!! I highly reommend Howard as a sales agent and this dealership. More

We spoke to Mr. Knel and upon arrival, we were paired with Mt. Holman Cano. Mr. Cano was there with us throughout the entire process. He was informative, friendly, professional. Even when it might seem that we could be displeased by others (Paul) yet, he attentively listened and responded appropriately, until everything was smoothed out. Even when we asked a question to which he didn't have the answer right away, he'd find it within a few minutes making sure that no question was left unanswered. Ultimately, we purchased a car that well-suited us (2012 Subaru Legacy) even better than we expected. Though we were going to get a Tribeca at first. The price was spectacular when compared to other dealerships. We'd definitely return when we're in need of another vehicle and excellent service. Ultimately, in the end, everything worked out well. I just went there to pick-up ordered wheel/frame for my tire and wanted to go to the tire place to replace all 4 tires... In the showroom I met mr Bill Kolb Jr who had helped me carry heavy frame to my car tire and wanted to go to the tire place to replace all 4 tires... In the showroom I met mr Bill Kolb Jr who had helped me carry heavy frame to my car. What an exceptional service I've experienced! He convinced me to come back to his place for service. NOt only I did not go to the tire place that evening...I went to Subaru dealership the following day and let them replace my tires. Price was just right and again... exceptional service!!!
