I was involved in a major auto accident. When I went to find a new vehicle I contacted Bill Kolb jr. Subaru regarding a 2013 Subaru Impreza. When I was put in contact with Mr. Bonfield, he took the time to find a new vehicle I contacted Bill Kolb jr. Subaru regarding a 2013 Subaru Impreza. When I was put in contact with Mr. Bonfield, he took the time to not only research the exact car I wanted inside and out. But that any sales person can do. What makes Mr. Bonfield unique is the extrodinary lengths he was willing to do to accomidate me. Living in Waterbury CT, Mr. Bonfield not only traveled from Orangeburgh NY but he also brought the vehicle I wanted to lease for me to test drive. Then if that wasnt nice enough, he went further and personally delivered the vehicle, and brought the contract right to my home. In all my years Ive never seen any sales person accomidate a customer the way that Mr. Bonfield has done for me. I will be recommending Mr. Bonfield to all my friends and family. I personally feel that Bill Kolb Jr Subaru has an A+ employee. More
In the beginning of January I went into Bill Kolb Subaru with my son. This was my son's first automobile purchase. When arriving we were met by Richard Knel. He showed us around to different vehicles and to with my son. This was my son's first automobile purchase. When arriving we were met by Richard Knel. He showed us around to different vehicles and took my son for a test ride on a Subaru Impreza that he liked. As it turned out my son purchased the vehicle. Richard was very polite, professional, easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience dealing with Richard and made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle one to remember. Richard made sure everything was taken care of so when we picked up the car, nothing was pending but to sign a couple papers and drive away with the new car. I was looking for a new car myself and went back to Bill Kolb a week ago. Again, I went to see Richard Knel and my experience was the same as above very polite, informative and professional. We have now Purchased 4 subaru's in the last 10 years from Bill Kolb Subaru and would highly recommend to others. All experiences have been good. More

I stopped in and was impressed by the appearance of the place and the people. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful. Moe, the Sales Manager asked Chris Bradish to help me and that is exactly what Chris did in a very professional, thorough manner. We walked the lot and Chris listened to my needs and concerns and shared his knowledge. He made a point of walking me back to his sales desk through the Service Area and the cleanliness made a very positive impact on me. I searched for vehicles on the internet and continued my shopping and research. I kept finding myself being drawn to this dealership because of the discounted prices, the great service, the quality of the used cars on their lot, their excellent customer service, and their proximity to my residence - 11 miles north of NYC. I got my wife to come with me, in the early evening of Valentines Day, to see a used Forester I thought would work for us. She asked me about the CarFax report which I had forgotten to get. When we called about it, Chris printed and faxed it to us right away. The vehicle had an accident reported and so my wife and I felt better about choosing a different used Forester from their large selection that evening. That brings up another reason why I felt good about buying from Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. They move a lot of cars. They have a lot of high quality used cars right on their lot that are priced below the Kelly Blue Book values that I found online. They offer warranties for purchase with their used cars, at a discount as well, by the way. This sort of service goes a long way to provide peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle. We felt that buying the used 2010 Forester that we did, having all of its service records intact and all performed at their beautiful, professional facility, along with the bumper-to-bumper 100,000/7 Year Subaru of America Extended Warranty, provided us with a safe, reliable, economical, extremely capable vehicle that will hold value for the entire time that we own it. Our used 2010 Forester came with decent all weather tires, but given the fact that my wife and I drive to and from the mountains every weekend, we wanted to get a great set of winter snow and ice tires put on the vehicle, even though it is now close to the end of February. After choosing to go with Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Winter Reflective Technology Commuter Touring tires, I was unable to locate a set through the Goodyear Service Centers in the area, being told that this was due to the calendar month and approaching Springtime. I thought about giving the Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru Dealership a call because I remembered seeing on their website something about them dealing in a lot of tires. Lo and behold, Rich in their parts department did a quick check with their warehouse during my initial telephone inquiry and he informed that he could get the exact tires I wanted the very next day. While scheduling a service appointment with Nicole, I asked if they had any fog light kits in stock, they did, and so I went for them as well. ("Safety First" as my father always taught his sons) I was completely satisfied with our first service experience. Great people work here in a well-run Subaru dealership. If one does their research, one will come to find Subaru is a great product and Bill Kolb Jr. is a great place to do business. P.S. Paul in the Finance Office was very professional, most personable, and very attentive to our needs and desires, as we worked our way to closing our purchase. I'm looking forward to the arrival of the 2014 Forester model so that I will have a good reason to visit these fine folks in the near future. More

These 2 gentlemen bent over backwards to get me in an sti with poor credit. Im amazed how much they cared about me. They are holding the car until I get my tax refund, which might take 2 more weeks. Poor Marty was on the phone all day trying to get me approved, he even had to talk with the big boss at the bank to get it done, and he did. I live in NJ, about 50 miles from this dealership, and in NJ there are about 6 Subaru dealerships within a 40 mile radius of me, I went to 3 of them, and they didnt give me the time of day, and the third I waited for 20 mins for a salesperson to assist me and they never came. Holman gave me top dollar on my trade, which surprised me. This will be my sixth new car I got and this by far was my best experience. Thank God I read the ny post or I never would of got my dream car. Thank you Bill Kolb jr, and most of all thank you Holman and Marty for making my dream come true!! More

Two days later I brought my new car back to them, they drove me back to work, and within a few hours I was presented with the beautiful new car I was looking forward to. Trying to please the customer is what business' are supposed to do, but most often don't -Bravo to Sam and Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. You have a customer for life!! More
