This new car is the fourth Subaru that we've purchased over the years - the first at Bill Kolb Jr. Sergio knowledgeably answered my many questions and patiently rode with me on several test rides. Marty efficiently handled all the insurance and pre-purchase finance questions. Rick clearly explained all the purchase paperwork. When we picked up our car, Gary Mendelsohn took over an hour to really explain all the mechanics of the car and its instruction manuals to make sure that we were happy with it and were comfortable driving it home. Would definitely buy another Subaru from this dealership again and will recommend them to our friends. More

There were a few issues that needed to be resolved after I purchased the car..the heating core needed to be flushed, for one...and not only were the repairs done quickly and pleasantly but I was given a loaner car while the car was in the shop. An excellent, pleasant dealership. I'll be shopping there for our next car, a replacement for my wife's car, this Spring. More

As anyone who ever looked for a used wrx will tell you, it's very hard to come by (and that's an understatement), bill kolb Jr. Subaru had the largest inventory in a 75 to 100 miles radius. When I arrived I didn't have my trade car with me, I was greeted by Jeff Weiner and he showed me their inventory, he was very nice and not at all the typical salesman, in addition they let me do a test drive with one of the new vehicles, which no other dealer will do. I ended up buying a new car after having a great experience, thanks Jeff. More

We were in the market for a new Subaru and so we set up an appointment with the Bill Kolb dealership in Orangeburg, N.Y. I had some concerns about car dealerships in general and , especially, the stereot an appointment with the Bill Kolb dealership in Orangeburg, N.Y. I had some concerns about car dealerships in general and , especially, the stereotypical, "fast-talking" salesman . But then we sat down with Jeff Weiner and he instantly put us at ease. What a charming, personable , and - just as important- extremely knowledgeable guy ;no stereotype here at all , thank God! He took time finding out exactly what we were looking for , told us what he had that matched ,and then took us on a number of test drives. There was never a hint of pushing for a higher-priced vehicle, or anything like that at all. Once we decided on a car we started the avalanche of paperwork,but Jeff guided us through it very smoothly and then turned us over to Paul ( the finance guy),who had a terrific wry sense of humor and knew his facts and figures cold, from A to Z. We also had some interaction during the afternoon with several other folks there - Joe, Rich, Sonny , and again, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. You have an all-around great staff. But I have to say, Jeff is really a standout. He an excellent salesperson - honest, detailed, efficient, and very comfortable to be with. He helped us with everything- including removing a large bike rack from our old vehicle, unloading the old car and loading the new one, all of which took him way past closing time, and stayed with us until we pulled out of the dealership ahead of him. He is a terrific asset to Kolb and all in all this was a very good experience.... we will be recommending Jeff - and Kolb- to everyone. More

Last month I decided to buy a new car. I keep cars for 10 years or more mainly because I hate the process of buying a car and dealing with sales people. I was given all the information needed to make a choice plus a very pleasurable test drive. I did not purchase the first day. When I left Howard thanked me for the visit and put no additional pressure to buy NOW. I went home and reviewed my options and decided to return the next day. Made the purchase. At delivery everything was as promised. More
