We had a wonderful experience at this dealership and with Howard. Howard was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. The dealership is closer to the city than you may think and very easy to get to. They have an amazing inventory of new and used vehicles. Howard was very helpful and always happy to help. We were treated with professionalism and were never pressured. The purchase of our car was seamless and just felt right. Howard took care of everything for us. If you are thinking of buying a Subaru I would highly recommend going up to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. When we started looking we dealt with a few Subaru dealerships and none of them even came close to our experience at Bill Kolb. Howard is wonderful and you should see him but if he is busy all of the staff there seemed great to. I really love my car and my whole experience! I didn't know buying a car could be so easy! We called Jeff looking for a new Outback and he was able to give us several choices with very good pricing. Within 24hrs we were sitting at his desk signing for our new Outback Limited wagon. Jeff was courteous and friendly. he patiently went through the process. Jeff took the time to go through each feature of the car and answered all our questions. He even set up my Bluetooth! Howard was friendly, smiling as we entered the showroom. He got up from his desk and came to greet us as we entered. On a chilly early evening, we walked over to the back lot, and was glad to have found the car we eventually chose. Howard guided us through the process, with patience as we had a lot of questions and concerns. He explained about the process of trading in our 2004 Outback wagon, and other issues. He followed up with us the next day, and was not put off by our extending our purchase (lease) to the next day. There never was any pressure or uncomfortable engaging with Howard. After driving a Subaru legacy for almost 7 years it was time for a new car. This was the first car my husband and I have purchased together and we were hoping for an exciting experience. Sonny did just tha time for a new car. This was the first car my husband and I have purchased together and we were hoping for an exciting experience. Sonny did just that! From the moment we walked in the door he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with! We knew what we were looking for and Sonny took us right to that. There was no funny business where your forced to look at things your not interested in-We went in with a car we wanted, we test drove that exact car, and the next day we bought it! Sonny was even kind enough to stay with us after the dealership closed just to show us every feature our new car had to offer! We were surprised at how enjoyable the entire experience was. A few weeks later we got a call from Sonny just to see how we were liking that car, and then after sending him an email with some questions he quickly followed up with me via phone call with all the answers I was looking for. I will most defiantly be recommending this dealership and Sonny to anyone interested in a Subaru!! More

I had found Bill Kolb because I work in the area and needed a Subaru service provider. My experience had been very positive using Bill Kolb for service. I wanted to turn in two cars and get the new 201 needed a Subaru service provider. My experience had been very positive using Bill Kolb for service. I wanted to turn in two cars and get the new 2014 Forester and was hoping for a quick and easy transfer. That is exactly what I got and then some. Working with Howard - who treated me as though I was his long lost friend - I was able to quickly drive a new Forester that had all of my desired features and put it on hold. I didn't know if I was going to purchase the vehicle that day, but Howard made the buying process quick and painless. On the day I picked up the car, Howard came into work on his day off. He was patient with my numerous questions and thorough in his review of the documentation and vehicle features. He stressed that his role was not of a sales person but a partner that is there to help throughout the lifecycle of my experience with Subaru. I just took delivery of a new Subaru Crosstrek. This is my 3rd Subaru, my 2nd from Bill Kolb Jr. and their sales consultant Sam Texler. From the initial visit through delivery, it was a smooth process. Sam my 3rd Subaru, my 2nd from Bill Kolb Jr. and their sales consultant Sam Texler. From the initial visit through delivery, it was a smooth process. Sam Texler was a real straight shooter once again. It was because of my experience 2 years ago when I purchased my Outback, that I returned. I have had no problems or trouble with my Outback, so I can't comment on any major service. I do bring it to their service department for routine oi changes, and tire rotation. They have it ready when they say it will be. People are always asking me about cars and trucks. (I maintain and work on high tech TV satellite and live vans). It is my pleasure to recommend Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, and Sam Texler. More
