I had an extremely pleasant and positive experience with Bill Kolb Jr. I was particularly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Stuart Lesser. Upon my arrival at the dealership , Stuart had brought the cars I was interested in up to the front and had them lined up next to each other for my viewing convenience. The level of service I received from Stuart and the others at Bill Kolb Jr. sets them apart from all other dealerships. You get a sense of genuine care and concern. Bill Kolb Jr. Was the only dealership able offer all the options I was looking for while keeping in my budget. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly return for my next car purchase More

I had a fantastic experience purchasing here back in January. I came in to buy a used Impreza with a manual transmission, which naturally I had limited experience operating. Howard took me to a parking January. I came in to buy a used Impreza with a manual transmission, which naturally I had limited experience operating. Howard took me to a parking lot and spent the better part of an hour coaching me from a state of constant stalling to driving at least well enough to get out of the parking lot. He had unbelievable patience. After my extended driving lesson the purchase process was straightforward and fairly quick. Of course it couldn't be all smooth sailing, and the next day there was an issue with one of the headlights. Even though I was far away in New Hampshire at that point, the Bill Kolb service department was great at working with the dealership I was at to get it fixed so I could be on my way. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received and will definitely be back! More

Howard was very friendly and helpful. He asked pointed questions to determine which model would be the best suited to our wants and needs, and although I had to forego the "spoiler" that I wanted in the m questions to determine which model would be the best suited to our wants and needs, and although I had to forego the "spoiler" that I wanted in the model we chose, he promised to let me know if and when one would be available for the Forester we purchased. And although my husband was familiar with the dealership via his own Forester, Howard made sure that I was aware of the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area and the shop,. The new color (bronze) is just beautiful and I'm very happy that I chose it with Howard's good advices. More

Ross Kelter was extremely thorough, going over every aspect of what the Subaru Legacy has to offer and the lease options, all while letting the quality of the car speak for itself . We never felt pressured into making any decisions and very much appreciated Ross' down-to-earth approach. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other car dealer experiences we've had.
