Your plate transfer paperwork was being processed by CT DMV. They were backlogged due to budget reductions. We actually refunded your money prior to us being refunded from CT as we did not want you to have to wait any longer. We are still waiting for our money from them to this date. I am happy you enjoyed working with Jeff and we were able to get you into the ultimate car you desired. Although we strive to do everything humanly possible 100% of the time, a true test is when you have an issue how it is resolved. We will always stand behind whatever you need from us.
