My mom just recently lost her husband (my dad)of 49+years and this was her first big decision she had to make on her own. Howard explained and set everything up in the car for her. He even followed up to make sure she made it to my house with no problems. I will let everyone know the great experience we had at Bill Kolb Subaru thanks to the knowledgeable staff and the exceptional customer service from Howard Bonfield. My mom loves her 2015 Legacy, and found the leasing process pretty easy thanks to Howard and the staff. We purchased our outback here a couple of years ago and we will be back in the future for a new car. More

Holman Cano was the Sales Consultant that guided me through the entire car selection and purchasing process. This was my first car purchase entirely on my own and my experience was very comfortable and without pressure at this dealership. Holman was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and not pushy at all, and very patient! (It took me over a month to make a decision on my car purchase). Thank you so much Holman! Marty was also great when it came to helping me out with the financing. Overall I found Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru to be a very friendly, very fair and pleasant dealership and highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed! More
First Rate Dealership I just leased my second Subaru through this dealership. I went from a 2011 Wrx to a 2015 Legacy. My experience was amazing as usual. Between my family I just leased my second Subaru through this dealership. I went from a 2011 Wrx to a 2015 Legacy. My experience was amazing as usual. Between my family and the several friends I have brought to this dealership every experience was pleasant, and you can't beat the prices at this dealership. When I first went to look for Subaru's I tried Wayne Subaru who tried to charge me 2,000 over sticker, and Ramsey Subaru almost seemed like they didn't want to sell me a car. Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru was almost a no haggle experience, and they gave me VIP pricing the moment I walked through the door. If you go to this dealership ask for Sam Texler as your sales consultant. He is extremely personable, and always there for his clients even after the buying experience. His willingness to guide you through the buying experience goes above and beyond most salesman. They also have a tremendous service department. Bottom line if you try any other dealership I can guarantee you are making a mistake. More

Worst customer service Obnoxious and condescending, borderline rude. They are on salary so if you don't buy a car, the next person will. Told to arrive at 10:00 to pick up Obnoxious and condescending, borderline rude. They are on salary so if you don't buy a car, the next person will. Told to arrive at 10:00 to pick up the new car even though we requested to be there at 11:00. Changed all of our plans and got there at 10:00 and was told we were scheduled for 11:00 and the car wouldn't be ready for about another 2 hours. (Our sales receipt indicated a 10:00 pickup). The salesman, who knew where we lived, called us on our HOME phone (never tried our cell phones) at 9:32 - - -our trip was about an hour and we were already on the road for a 10:00 pick up. Asked for touch up paint for our troubles and it became a big deal to get it. Then, we had them do our out of state registration and it has the wrong address on it! We are still trying to get it corrected. This was more trouble then what it was worth. Only Paul in finance seems to have integrity. Unless our car breaks down right in front of the dealership and we have no other transportation, it is doubtful that we would purchase another car at Bill Kolb. More

We felt completely at ease and were very pleasantly surprised on the professional, individual attention that we received. This was all thanks to Howard Bonfield, who helped walk us through each visit in a calm and patient manner. We're very lucky to have him as our go-to guy. I personally am, without a doubt, a loyal Subaru customer and fan of Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru! More
BUYER BEWARE!! Brought in our Subaru for scheduled service and we received a quote of $500 - $700 and authorized the repair (timing belt). When we picked up the vehicle later that day they handed us a surprise $2,500 REPAIR BILL! I urged my husband to not pay it, to complain to management the following day, but he felt it was futile, as they must also be "in on the game". He was upset by it but not a confrontational person, wrote them a check:( And in doing so, wrote himself a mental note never to support Subaru again. Hence our first and LAST! We will NEVER visit that establishment again and strongly urge family and friends to do likewise. (What's the adage: "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice...." Except the later option has been revoked.) --To be honest, I have to pick a name from 'Service" and "Greg" is the only option. Not sure if he was responsible, possibly. More

I especially appreciated that Sam put post-it notes in the (very, very long) user's manual to highlight important information. I would definitely recommend b.k. Subaru to a friend. More
