This dealership was very good years ago, but the quality and professionalism has dropped drastically. We went from only buying at BK to avoiding it altogether regardless of price. More

Turns out she went all the way across the Tappan Zee Bridge to Bill Kolb Subaru. She said to ask for Howard, Howard was so friendly and knowledgable from the moment I met him. He gave me a full tour of the dealership which is kept immaculate and has state of the art equipment. I had a ton of questions and he was very patient answering all of them. I continued my search for the best deal and found myself going right back to Bill Kolb. Howard was a pleasure from start to finish and made it a very smooth transaction. I also want to mention that Paul in the finance dept was also terrific! I've never had a more relaxing, exciting experience getting a new car. I would highly recommend Howard and Bill Kolb Subaru! Recently, Jean and I returned to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru to lease a Legacy. Sonny and Marty did an excellant job again and we thank them for all they have done for us. Not only did we find a great dealership to work with, we have met new friends. The service dept. was excellant with all my needs for the Impreza and I know they will do a great job when I return again for service on our vehicles. Bob and Richie in parts were helpful explaining what certain parts and the importance of many things. We met Andy who is a mechanic and he was also excellant in explaining all we needed to know. Tony who does the detailing explained the importance in taking care of the exterior of the cars as did Sonny. Thanks to you all!! More

He even followed up to make sure she made it to my house with no problems. I will let everyone know the great experience we had at Bill Kolb Subaru thanks to the knowledgeable staff and the exceptional customer service from Howard Bonfield. My mom loves her 2015 Legacy, and found the leasing process pretty easy thanks to Howard and the staff. We purchased our outback here a couple of years ago and we will be back in the future for a new car. More
